Lance did an amazing job! He showed up in a timely manner, was respectful, and assisted in making sure my vehicle made it securely and safely to the automotive shop. Highly recommend using All Westside Roadside and Towing LLC for recovery and towing services.

Lance was awesome!!!We unfortunately missed a fuel stop and lance kept us updated from the time we called to keeping us informed on his arrival.After assisting and making sure our diesel vehicle started he followed us down the road a moment and offered local knowledge to next fuel station and food to ensure our trip continued smoothly.If I ever happen to need service lance will get my first callService: Fuel delivery

We are stranded in 107 degree temperatures with a child and a dog. I called this company for a tow and was told that he didn't tow our specific vehicle. When I asked why he said "I just don't." Seriously! You leave a family stranded because of your political beliefs or whatever! You are a terrible person. Don't use this company!

I had transmission issues with my vehicle and was assigned All Westside through my insurance provider. They were incredibly quick in their response and Cody was very kind and friendly during our short interaction. The vehicle was also delivered safely to the requested destination in a timely manner. I must say that on a VERY stressful day, it was nice to have some empathy as well as a prompt company to get this taken care of. I appreciate the service.Service: Car towing

Great prices on gas now that with terrible President Biden's decisions least now one or two places to get somewhat good prices they're still up higher you may have been a long time but at least it's not bad

Waited over an hour and a half just to be told it will be another hour i dont know why Gieco keeps doing business with this company.They are unreliable with no communication if i didn't call i wouldn't of found out . Have some type of courtesy and communication to let people know you are running behind or if you can't get the job done in a timely manner.

I was sent to this company via Geico to tow my car. They were supposed to be there at11:30am I called at11:20 to give them directions on how to get there and was told they don’t have a unit available yet , they showed up at 3pm took dropped off the car at 4:52pm to the mechanic I did not go because I had to work , they called me at 4:45pm asking if I was going to pay cash or card for the over mileage I was at work didn’t have my card w me they asked the shop to pay for it. At no point they advised I was going to be charged and to have the $ ready. When I asked for a detailed receipt to get reimbursement from insurance company the person at towing company INSISTED they won’t reimburse me they said they can only give 1 receipt and the shop has it , I informed I needed extra info on the receipt and they said to ask Geico to call them and ask them for the receipt when I said I wanted a detailed receipt for MY CAR, MY INSURANCE and the shop paid because I was at work they hung up on me, I sent them a text and he actually sent a text as a receipt I asked again to email me a receipt and they finally did. The tow was 33 miles and they charged for 35 miles, it took them almost 2 hours to get to the 35 miles distance. I called my insurance company and YES. I WILL BE REIMBURSED FOR THE TOWING OVER MILEAGE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I’m adding all of the pictures of the time they we’re supposed to be there and the time they actually got there and dropped off and my convo after they hung up on me.Service: Car towing

Company was supposed to pick up my vehicle and transport it to a collision center. Company canceled without any notice to me, I had to call to find out and their response was that they were "too busy". Came across very unprofessional and made it out to seem as I was an inconvenience to them. Just from reading the reviews and the owners "reply" to their reviews, instead of trying to defend your unprofessional experiences that customers have had, how about sitting back and reflecting on what the company could have done better.
