If I could give this place negative stars, i would. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer/patient service. Elizabeth Vidales is my "doctor". She originally prescribed a specific medication that i need daily (medication for depression and anxiety that she KNOWS I need and that is night and day difference if i am not on it). A month ago, I ran out of refills so i submitted for the pharmacy to call the dr. They did and Elizabeth said she needed to see me before she could prescribe it. So i said okay and tried to make an appointment but they only had 1 month out available. So i made the appointment and asked for a temporary refill to get me through until my appointment. Long story short, i ran out of meds and went a week and a half without because Elizabeth wrote the prescription incorrectly and required a prior authorization. Had she written it correctly, it would've been filled same day. I spent HOURS on the phone with them explaining that she just needed to write the prescription differently. Same medicine and dose, just needed to be written like she had originally written it where it didn't require a prior authorization. They said they would call back with a resolution and never did. It took my husband calling them and threatening to contact an attorney for them to take action. Surprisingly, that same day the correct prescription was sent over and filled. I went to my appointment this past Friday, paid my copay, and very specifically asked for that same prescription written the correct way. Elizabeth said she understood and would send it in correctly that same day. As I'm leaving, i get handed my recap of the meds she prescribed. I noticed she wrote it wrong yet again. I walk back into the office to ask for them to fix it. They said they would send a message to the doctor. I said no because I already dealt with this a month ago and couldn't go through it again because I only had a couple days of meds left and Monday is a holiday and they are closed. Office rep called the dr and guaranteed me that Elizabeth would fix it and call it in the correct way. I said okay. Well, She did not. I spoke to the pharmacy and found that she never called them. So i call them again on Tuesday to get it fixed. Same thing happens, they reassure that it would get fixed and understand the urgency and would call me back by end of day to confirm they sent it to the pharmacy. Again, Elizabeth never called me back and never called the pharmacy. So today, my husband took time out of his work day to go into the office and demand a resolution. They said they called and didn't know what happened and that they would send Elizabeth a message and call us back. My husband didn't accept that and demanded it get fixed or we would contact our attorney because i am now out of medication again due to their incompetence and negligence. Again, surprisingly it was fixed after that. They finally called and sent it in the correct way. Other patients in the office said they struggled with the same thing on a regular basis. This is 100% unacceptable. It's a medication that she has prescribed and acknowledged i need but they are just too lazy to do their job correctly. Oh but they'll take their copay right away, no issues. Needless to say, i am never going back and will review this place and "doctor" Elizabeth Vidales everywhere I can. And that's not even talking about the other medication she said would get me a replacement for since my pharmacy was no longer carrying it. She did nothing for that one and i have just given up on that. Absolutely terrible place. Terrible doctor. Elizabeth Vidales does not deserve to have a job as a doctor and doesn't care about her patients. Literally does not care. Avoid it at all costs.

Human resources and OSHA need to stop at this location!!! The staff here are great considering the environment they work in!! So so disgusting the walls chairs tables everything is so dirty. My baby had shots yesterday and I should have said hell no due to how unclean it is. Please read send help over there you walk in healthy to walk out with something it's dirty!!!

Refused my child medical care because we were 11 min late . Even though I was told 3 times there is a 15 min grace period and after that it’s up to the provider her suggestion “go to urgent care”

The front office staff for the dental side should be fired.Firstly, the staff could benefit from more training in customer service. During my interactions with them, I found that they often lacked the warmth and friendliness that one expects in the hospitality industry. It's important for front desk staff to make guests feel welcome and valued, and unfortunately, I didn't get that impression during my visit.Moreover, there were instances when I encountered some challenges during my visit, and the front desk staff didn't seem adequately prepared to handle them. I believe that a well-trained staff should be able to address common issues that guests may face promptly and efficiently, but here they lack that ability to do so. Please train your staff in customer service so you do not lose more business.

If you enjoy waiting months for appointments only to have wait times well over 30 minutes and incompetent, rude, and unprofessional doctors do absolutely nothing for you or your health this is the perfect place to visit. However if you want to be treated like a human being literally any other office would serve you better. Save your time and money. I have had horrible experiences with two different physicians, one refused to help me and the other gave me such professional advice as to eat foods I'm allergic to and then keep Benadryl around to "challenge myself" I reach out to admin with no reply. Neither the doctors or the rest of the staff care about their patients.

They had me (a cancer patient) wait by the dumpster behind the building until my appointment (over 30 minutes) because some of my cancer symptoms (weakness, extreme fatigue and pain) are the same as covid symptoms. I told the MA that my symptoms are chronic and from cancer. It didnt matter. This was also during the hot summer.I also later discovered that Dr. Cox made false notes in my chart concerning my symptoms. A good doctor will ask questions to gain knowledge. She had no idea what my symptoms were because she didn't ask me, but she took the liberty of noting that I was symptom free.

Long wait on the phone to schedule an appointment. Long wait until my appointment date (2 months). Long wait in the evaluation room. All these long waits for less than mediocre medical care.Dr Cox is rude and unprofessional. I'll be going elsewhere.

The Buckeye location needs to get it together.It looks run down but most importantly this new RN needs to go back to school and actually do her job. She just cut me off, what a joke! It seemed that I had more healthcare knowledge than her. She is rude and avoided trying to help me with my child's needs. Seemed lazy to me.Last time I was helped by Nurse Jenny and she was amazing! So knowledgeable. She went above and beyond what I needed or expected from Adelante and honestly the only reason I came back! She even called me back the next day to find out how me and my daughter were doing after her ER visit... and provided me with many resources!Baby girl had a lot of complications at her ER visit.I came to this place recommended and so I also recommended this place to all my family and friends, especially those with kids. NOT anymore! She's gone and so will we! Don't come to this place. The new nurse doesn't even know anything about medications. I taught her! RIDICULOUS! I don't trust my child's care here at all.- One angry mommy

Awful.worst experience I have ever had the displeasure of.arrogant,lazy secretarys, ridiculous amount of paperwork,wait time is obserd...you are in agony,and they do NOTHING FOR YOU...Do not go to this place!!if you are looking for medical treatment,go somewhere else..... horrible.....

What a complete joke this place is. Took Ben (who has servere and profound cerbal palsy) to see the dentist. We Explained his situation when we made the appointment. They said everything was fine.They could not help him because of his chair and his disability. The dentist was a complete and utter rude s.o.b. to the level that my wife was yelling and swearing at them. And she is the nice one between the two of us. Please if you have any kind of disability don't come to this place. It is a complete shi#tshow.

They take advantage of your time here, which is ridiculously rude and inconsiderate!! I told one Dr she was making me late now she refuses to see my family but I can take my business some where else. I'm moving my family, grandparents and other family members to a better heath center from now on. I also needed to make a new patient appointment for my great aunt one time and how dumb they want to make you wait a couple months just bc she's a new patient... Like really??

Let me say the dentist in buckeye, not sure her name, but she was awesome. The family practice side. DO NOT get your health care here! I have misdiagnosed for over a year from this place. A serious disease I had and no one car d to take it seriously. The nurse practitioner even tried to make me seem like I had mental health issues going on because I kept informing them something was wrong. Please report to the health department!!! Please report to the attorney general!!!! Please report the doctor who runs this practice to the medical board!!!! Report the nurses to the board of nursing!!! Please report the business its self to the BBB. If you have any trouble please report so they are held liable for their actions. The state can take charge against them if they are multiple complaints. Don't let them get away with poor healthcare!!!!

I have came to adelante for over 7 years now. Please TAKE YOUR CARE && CHILDRENS CARE ELSEWHERE!!!! I have been misdiagnosed OVER A YEAR NOW and the NP tried to make it seem as if I stressed myself out and caused this issue on myself. Tried to make it seem if I had a mental break down for constantly going back about this issue. When in fact I went to another adelante and received my CORRECT DIAGNOSIS after A YEAR of fighting. The medical assistants don't do their jobs in finding you referrals properly . Such as location, insurance, STAT orders etc. Please report the doctor running this practice and report the MDs, Nurse Practitioners, DOs whatever their status. Please REPORT THEM!!!! If you guys only report to Google, nothing will be done about this company. You have to report your doctors to the medical board. If the doctors are DOs, they have their own medical board to file a complaint and the Arizona medical board will point you to that direction. If you have the Doctors name you can search for them on the website and complete a complaint. The nurses can be reported also to the board of nursing in Arizona. You have to report nurses and the medical assistant of the doctors/nurses under the doctor or the nurses name in the complaint to the nursing board. You need to report to the federal trade commission for bad business practices. The health department, make a complaint regarding ANYTHING for your healthcare needs. To the BBB for the business as a whole. Attorney general file a complaint for consumer complaints regarding FAILURE TO CONTACT, SCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENTS, FAILURE TO PROVIDE HEALTHCARE all of those things please do a complaint. Report everything to your insurance. Also write governor's office and they will contact the person to speak to about your issues. Please understand that if you don't report them this will continue. This location gives adelante a bad name. I've never had such a bad experience with any other location. I suggest you take time to take your care and your kids care elsewhere or spend time to go to the other closest location. Trust me
