Been going to this car wash for a while everyone is very friendly and the service is great! recently spoke with the new owner Robbie and he was extremely helpful as well as friendly. would definitely recommend!

The facilities are clean, the staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable (especially for the memberships) and my car always comes out clean. They have what I need and I don't pay for anything I don't need. 3 Minute Express works well for me.

While traveling I found myself in a snow storm for 5 hours. Needless to say, my car was a mess. One trip through on the next day, and my car looked great. Thanks.

They try to lock you in to a monthly deal even when you just want a normal car wash. Had to go into the office to cancel the two subscriptions that I never signed up for. The phone in the office is disconnected so you can't call and get the information, all in all this whole thing seems like a scam

The last time I went through the car wash in September I never signed up for the membership and I just noticed that I have been charged for 3 months. Extremely dissatisfied and want my money back

Come and get your car washed at Superstar on Miller. Robie and Chad have awesome customer service! My battery died and they came to the rescue. When you visit Super Car wash on Miller give them a high five! Thank you guys for your outstanding service!

I purchased an unlimited membership subscription and cancelled it after my first wash because my car was still dirty after going through the car wash. I’m still getting charged and I can’t seem to get ahold of anyone in customer service.

First of all, I never meant to go to 3 Minute Express Car Wash, I have a membership at Super Star Car Wash. By the time I realized it wasn't Super Star I was already in the line, so I had to buy a car wash. Somehow, I was automatically signed up for their membership club. I have been charged $19.00 3 months in a row. I have gone to their website and filled out their form to cancel the membership. When I put in my information, it can't find my account. There is no "live" person to talk to when you call. This is a SCAM and un-fair business practices. Be warned, I haven't given up yet, but this is ridiculous!! Edited to add: In a response to a review from 8/21/2023 they provide an email address to try and resolve the issue:
