Jim the owner is one of the nicest guys on the planet. Always double checks everything you buy to make sure it's satisfactory, and always seems to have whatever I'm looking for. Love this place!!

Amazing food, super friendly staff. I love going in to grab a pizza on friday nights. Hand made with fresh ingredients, they always turn out wondefully! Once I discovered this place, i wont get pizza anywhere else. Pretty standard mini mart type prices, worth it to not have to leave black canyon, and support a family owned and operated business.

Yes they are new owners, maybe a year. Give them time! Unless you know what it takes to run an eatery or restaurant then you should not judge. Owners are very nice! Food is good, not wow, but good. They are carrying more stuff and better stuff too! They are very attentive to their customers.

I stop in The Spot for cigars occasionally since the newest ownership/management took over. Recently the pricing on a pack I usually buy had the 4.99 manufacturer set pricing blacked out with marker and I was charged nearly 9$. I decided not to buy from them anymore, especially since last time I purchased them they were stale and I was already well outside of Black Canyon City when I realized it. I Reccomend folks make the extra drive to the smoke shop on Old Black Canyon hwy for any tobacco product needs.

I have lived here for 4 months and they have really good food never have had a problem.Theres nice staff and alot of nice people that go through the place.I highly recommend this place if you don't want to cook but it's a little pricey but you should expect it there's not a lot of places around and most the other restaurants are really expensive compared to this place and not as good food at the other places but that's my opinion.
