Quick and easy ! Very professional and affordable. Lifetime warranty chip repair. Will only go through them from now on. Spoke with Michael on the phone and he was very friendly and helpful. I believe Aaron came to my husbands work and replaced the windshield in 25 minutes. Fantastic service.

Had a great experience with this company recently when my X5 BMW needed a whole windshield replacement. I paid under $500 and was referred to a recalibration company, which saved me at least $1000 if not a bit more. Thank you for your speedy responses and for scheduling me so quickly. The person on the phone was very knowledgeable and educated me on Arizona car insurance laws to help save me money, too. Will use again if I ever need another repair or replacement!

The whole experience was very quick and painless. The sales rep I talked to to get a quote, William, was very nice and answered all of my questions and got me scheduled very soon and for a good rate. The technician Andy was very nice as well and completed the replacement very fast. I was so surprised at how easy this all was and will recommend/use SafePro again in the future!

The whole experience was great from start to finish! I called in and Joe took care of EVERYTHING from calling my insurance to scheduling an install. The installers came and were very professional and they waited for me to get home from work! They even took extra time to repair what the previous windshield company broke last year! They did an amazing job and educated me on the best way to take care of my windshield. I definitely recommend this company for all your windshield needs!

I would have never booked this company if I knew I would be the last time slot. I told the guy when I was making the appointment my situation and he said he put a note in for the driver, he was very nice but the driver I guess has no concern for anyone because I’m the LAST TIME SLOT. I WOULD HAVE GLADLY BOOKED ANOTHER COMPANY. PLUS I ONLY GOT $50 back! NEVER EVER AGAIN! YOU LOST A CUSTOMER! And it’s even sadder because I’m young and instead of earning my business for the rest of my life, the next time I’ll find a different company (there is literally thousands). It as simple as saying “I have no control of the driver it could be anytime.” You can’t have one person trying and the other not trying. On December 25 in the morning on my way home from work, I noticed a crack across the driver's side of my windshield. No big deal, I thought, I have glass coverage. I went home and filed a claim online with my insurance company, who scheduled my windshield to be repaired through their preferred company. However, after several weeks of waiting and multiple appointments canceled by that shop, I had enough. I called SafePro. Although my insurance company needed to send an adjuster to inspect my car, delaying the repair by a day, SafePro got me scheduled as soon as the repair was authorized. Their technicians worked quickly and professionally. The whole process was seamless. I am very pleased with the great customer service I received and would use SafePro again in a heartbeat.

Charlie came out today and he was a true professional and the chip he repaired is invisible!!! Highly recommend him and I'll be using Charlie for any other chips or cracks in the other cars I own.

I'm still waiting here as I write this review. I have been waiting for over 1.5 hours way over the time frame I was told. Very unprofessional and never the less I will not recommend this place if you want to waste your time. Furthermore, I know this should be a review on their window replacement abilities, but their waiting area is extremely dirty, the couches have stains, the coffee pot is extremely dirty and if you're going to offer some sort of food/beverage please make sure it's on a clean environment. The only nice thing I can say is the lady on the front desk was very nice answering all my questions,. Unfortunately or maybe Fortunately for then I will not return , always and forever #Period
