If i could do an half a star i would. We are traveling from over 12000 miles away. we Arrived there at 10:45 and they refused us service. Told us they were close. Completely rude to us. I don't remember her name but she had long blonde hair.

Great local place for supplies up here. I go there every. Day but don't buy Bluetooth speakers I'm on my 3rd one that has not worked or broke in a very short time. And you cant return any electronics if you "open the box" . I'm out over $100 with broken speakers.

Had a newbie. Though other than him being new, he has very good customer service and knowledge of his duties as cashier. Well done newbie!) Very friendly atmosphere. Good place to do a quick stop and shop.

Date of Visit: 6/3/2022 - Needed to use the restroom while on a road trip. This location was clean, and store had fabulous cold drinks for us on a hot day.

As a former ex-employee of Family Dollar let me begin by saying I was promised 30 hours a week to leave my other job at Rock Springs Cafe and DID NOT receive that so said promise. Kristy Richardson the Manager is VERY two faced and obviously doesn't follow company policy, in return she has blatantly talked personal trash about other employees and MOST DEFINITELY the customers while their still in the store and as far as employee's are concerned Kristy Richardson should NOT be exposing personal matters of her employees to other people and patrons especially when their hired and fired it doesnt make for a positive environment. If I would have had any indications in the year that I worked their that I was being trained wrong from Ernie (another former ex-employee) and his "Bad habits" then she should have taken matters into her own hands to train me correctly but she knew of this existing problem and did nothing but complain to other former employees and patrons about it. Me as well as other past former employees have gone through this same scenario and have all quit because of the way managment is ran. Assistant managers Misha Kindermen and Lauren Kindermen (Mom and daughter) BOTH work in the same store which I thought is against company policy but when your in the assistant manager status company polices go out the window. I personally think Michelle should be the Manager because she handles situations better plus I thoroughly enjoyed working with her despite the fact we hardly talked at all throughout our shift.

Employees are very rude and unhappy working here. Nothing for $1. Avg item is $5 with sizes shrunk in less than half pre recent inflation. Corporate will always be a corporate.
