It is a very nice park. The landscaping is beautiful. They have many amenities, pool, bicycles, pool table, laundry room, outdoor covered patio area and scheduled activities. There were some long-term residents but their areas were well maintained.

We stayed at Black Canyon RV Resort for one night. It is a beautiful place, we enjoyed next door wonderful breakfast, swimming in the beautiful pool in the afternoon. This place not only beautiful but very friendly and quiet. We have to specifically thank for the staff to helped us with sewer problems that our rental RV had. The sewer pipe that RV had was leaking, we called the Black Canyon RV Resort staff , they came immediately to help and loan a new pipe to us for use. It was so great helpful to us. We are highly recommended the Black Canyon RV Resort .

Our 6 month stay was absolutely amazing. The park management, Emily and Josh, go above and beyond to assure that your stay is pleasurable. The park is well maintained at all times and is beautiful to stroll through with family and friends. We became part of the ranch family and I would highly recommend a stay at Black Canyon Ranch.

First RV site I have stayed in where the 50 amp plug was upside down. The ground plug was down instead of up. Made it hard to plug in with surge protector. Had a pull thru site but was short. People were great.

I am in a wheelchair and living at the ranch and I can't ask management for anything Cuz they have told me they won't help me with anything I can't reach

We had an amazing stay at Black Canyon RV park! The scenery was fantastic! Bob and Julie, the hosts, were so personable and friendly! The RV sites were very easily accessible to either back in or pull through. Laundry and bath were immaculate. Star Gazing was exceptional! Less than a 30 minute drive to the entrance of Black Canyon of the Gunnison national park. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice RV Park with lots of trees. Nice Rec center and pool/spa area. Quite a few long-term, but everything is kept tidy. Only negative is the WiFi. Signals are strong, but connections are very slow, unless you pay for higher speeds. Even then, the highest speed is only 2mb/s.

Very quiet RV park. Clean and well kept. Good for the short term or if you want to get out of the heat, the location is not that far from the city, and out of the desert. Driving up the mountain was easy. The elevation starts from this location.
Beautiful mountain roads, biking or by car.

We stayed here in April 2024 for one night in our 26' motorhome. RV site was gravel with ample space for our rig. Sites were very close together but to be expected. Staff was very friendly and helpful, bathrooms were very clean and shower had great water pressure. We were just passing through so did not check out the surrounding area but staff provided recommendations nearby for food.
