It is a very nice park. The landscaping is beautiful. They have many amenities, pool, bicycles, pool table, laundry room, outdoor covered patio area and scheduled activities. There were some long-term residents but their areas were well maintained.

We spent one night in our motor home in your RV park and found it very enjoyable.
Our well-maintained grounds and immaculate facilities have earned Black Canyon Ranch RV Resort a Good Sam rating of 10/10*/10 for over a decade now!
