I had 2 studs on my dually break off and these guys came out to repair it. A bit pricey at $1200 but they stayed under the quoted price and got me off the side of the road. My hub was damaged and I let Dustin (I think was his name) and Jesse both know I wanted them to source the new hub and I'd have them repair it once I limped the bus back to their shop. The next day I called and spoke with Jesse to confirm I needed the part and wanted to move forward with repair. He told me they were on it. Fast forward to 4 business days later I go into the shop to get an update to find nothing has been done. Dustin tells me he will get on it and verifies he has my correct phone number. Fast forward a week later,,, still hadn't heard a word from them. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll gladly take my money elsewhere. Vote with your wallet folks, don't use these guys that's for sure.

I came in to the shop for vibrations in my truck. The guys there inspected my truck from front to back and noticed my alignment was out of wack. They were able to get my truck straightened out and all axles in the green. They all made a great team effort! I highly recommend this shop to all drivers!I am very appreciative for what has been done as well their energy was beyond.That’s perfection..

First they told me 90 minutes. 2 1/2 hours later I was just told another 40 minutes. Meanwhile, I’m sitting right here, there are 3 empty bays, 2 guys working…and nothing going on. If you want to be on the road, go elsewhere…if you need a nap, this is the shop for you.

The guys, and gal, at this location are so friendly and so helpful. I honestly have not come across any better mechanics on the road than these guys.We had a double blow out on our trailer and was able limp up 12 miles to this pilot in the middle of the night. We parked and waited till 8 am and was taken in 2nd. Only waited about 90 minutes once they was open.They got the remnants of the tires removed with no issue, fixed the mud flap bar, replaced the shredded flap, popped on two new tires and had us back on the road in less than an hour.(Plus they was rocking out in there to some old school Metallica, which i respect.)Anyway, awesome service and even more awesome staff.Thanks from B&L Transport Millersburg, OH

4 Star because i was Overchaged with1) $12 each per each tire on Tire Disposal ($96 charged. Should be $72 for 6 tires Disposal)2) $134 Sunday-Holiday Call ServiceI drove to shop n didnt call for dispatch service & why am i charged for it? alsoi kept 2 tires as back up tires n shouldn't charge for $24 (2 tires x $12)Other than that crew worked on my truck trailer fast & it only took 3 hours total for replacement of 8 tires.Thanks

I came in for a tire since mine blew on the I40 Arizona. Thankfully Southern Tire was open and only 10 min to wait. I walked in to be greeted by a cool guy, Jensen. Jensen gave me an estimate and Terrance worked on my trailer. They were very quick with their work. I didn't want to leave the shop, It almost felt like hanging out with my friends. Travis and Rylee are freaking awesome!!! I had an alignment done in Utah, but was still having issues. I talked with Rylee and she was able to get me right away. Travis and Rylee got me fixed up and back on the road. Don’t let Rylee’s beauty fool you, she was out there in the shop and working under it right along side Travis. Do not buy anything from this place Walter at the front desk wanted to charge me $40 to do an air pressure check that only takes 10 minutes or less. It’s sad cause I have Bridgestone tires on my truck. Never will I buy anything from Southern tire Mart

Jim provided amazing customer service. We thought our Rv tire needed patched and rotated but Jim found it was just a valve issue. He replaced the valve in minutes and checked all our tires. Very professional and empathetic to our issue. I would recommend Southern Tire Mart!Service: Tires

There was no wait time to get in for 8 drive tires. Normally, I would have to wait 5 plus hours for a simple repair at other locations. Travis was knowledgeable and friendly. The one bad but good thing is, they did not have my tires in stock, however, they were quick to get them here and had me on my way.

I exchanged 2 tires of the trailer and then pumped air into 16 more tire it working at shop..Paid $261.97. very Too much.but outside of the roads it ok
