PICK UP CENTER CONTACT 623-258-2988 for anyone who needs it! Called around for an hour and tried every department, no one answers. I read the other comments that no one would answer after trying. Finally the fitting room answered and helped me. I have a flat tire and needed to make sure I could still get my groceries two hours late. They save the orders for 3 days as I was told by the rep who answered. Hope this helps someone else out and saves them the headache.

This Walmart does not answer any calls, any department! The car center doesn't give you the correct part. It's so frustrating!

Phone system is in need of some attention, I've called 3 days in a row, multiple times each day and not one option gets a person to pick up the call. Not a great customer service experience.

Nobody answer the phone and the Walmart app is never accurate so I call to check if my babies milk is in stock but they never answer and I don't live close by to go for me not to find it

They had a good selection for big and tall men's clothing. Unfortunately, we waited long time to try things on and there was only self check out.

Im not going to expect anything to come of this review because it's a big corporate chain and the guys up top don't read these or care anyways. I have been a Walmart shopper for years and just moved here from California. I've never been haggled leaving the store with my receipt until today. On accident I didn't scan one item it was a large heavy item and I used the gun but I guess it didn't take. The lady made a spectacle out of it and treated me like I was trying to pull a fast one over her. I was more than willing to Pay for it but what irritated me was her saying I have to wait back in that long line again and as she's dealing with me at least 10 families pass by without their receipts being checked. Once I finish my long wait at the line she targets me on my way out to check my receipt as if she didn't see me wait in line and pay. At that point I got irritated and told her obviously you know I paid as she's taking her sweet time staring at the receipt allowing another large amount of ppl to continue passing by without their receipts being checked. I stormed off mad and sworn I'll never come back to this location again. In the 10 years of being a Walmart plus customer I may have to cancel now.

Wish I could leave a lower rating, went in to purchase alcohol like always with my paper I.d and never had a problem even managers have come to check and said the purchase was ok. The worker this day ,Defrance, made a big scene that Walmart doesn't take paper I.d's for purchases and even had an officer come look at it and even he agreed that the worker, Defrance, was not going to allow the sale so I might as well try frys

First time coming here. It's your typical Walmart. Best to come here at night. Plenty of shops nearby. Spacious well stocked aisles at fair prices and aisles aren't too long either. Huge parking lot and there's a McDonald's attached to it as well.

The worst! My latest problem with this particular Walmart is that their meat expires the same day or the day after I buy it on the shelf. It is such a waste! I will avoid the meat as much as I can and the only reason I haven't entirely is because we keep buying cheap stuff here. It doesn't make it right. People that shop here will steal your pen, they will steal your cart, and they will act like the entire aisle belongs to them. Just like most Walmarts, it is a ghetto store and the only reason people go is to save a dime. *They have a lot of food for special diets at lower prices but they never carry coconut milk creamer or coconut whipped cream. Not all of us are supposed to be drinking almond or soy milk. Selection is expanding but those items above are some major minuses!

Never go to this Walmart, last time I order here. No one picks up the phone in any department. Takes 2 hours to pick your order when it is already ready for pick up. Horrible customer service. Horrible store inside and horrible pick up. Don't waste your time.

I hate this location and the pick up service. No one ever pick up the phone for pick up and then you need to download the app that doesn't work half the time. But unfortunately I needed to pick up this table so I have to come here.

Stopped at this location to get our snacks for the staycation. Found so many good options! These Hershey's were a great choice - will definitely be buying those again. The store seemed bigger than other Walmarts I've been to, but that could just be in my head! Thanks for providing our yummy hotel snacks - a must for any successful staycation!

Ordered an item online. Got a text saying it was delivered to my front door. Looked and there is not a package at all. Checked with neighbors and nothing. I should not be charged for poor delivery service. Requesting a refund.
