They literally refused service on the drive thru..you go to the pharmacy drive thru for meds *that are inside the pharmacy area* and they tell you to come inside....makes no sense

Terrible customer service! Waited for my prescription for a couple days because my prescription was out of stock . Called to get a status to hopefully finally pick it up just to get told, “oh we don’t take your insurance” . Should have said that in the beginning! Please do better.

The customer service reps are horrible, don't seem to want to assist customers. Thanked the cashier that did help me and reported the other didn't want to help, no response. Then the cashier gave me a snarky thank you, like "f" you. Never shopping at this location again.

Sent in some photos to be printed online picked them up a few days later opened it while still there and saw they had marks on every photo and 2 were blurry & fuzzy I asked for the 2 only to be reprinted & the supervisor in the area or whatever she was said she couldn't do it because a few days passed and I didn't pick them up the first day they were printed even though she admitted it was their fault obviously and their machine and that their employee should've caught it and redid them she refused to do anything about it and offered for me to pay to have them correct their mess up NO THANK YOU. Wont be coming back to this location better employee values and training need to be instilled.

The pharmacist is really nice and calls to check on you when starting a new medication. Their staff, however, was rude and didn’t always do what they were supposed to do. I had to ask 5 times to have my number and address updated and to enroll me in text messages. Sometimes they would open the drive thru late or they would close early even though they told you to come back at a certain time to pick up medication. Something was always wrong every time I came to pick up. Needless to say I switched pharmacies.

This Walgreens pharmacy (107th ave and Camelback) has to be the worst Walgreens pharmacy in town. If I could give them half a star I would, matter fact I'd give them no stars for their customer service! Always short staffed and there paper signage that they have on the window for this million dollar establishment / company is ridiculous. Time to switch to another pharmacy. PLZ DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THEIR DRIVE THRU. They are probably happy to see this so they don't have to work hard for Their drive-through customers.

This place is decent. There's one woman there that really makes you feel like a piece of garbage if your doc prescribed pain meds. But really, most places do nowadays... it's like they know they have some kind of power over you so they act like they are somehow better than you... Yea, wait till you live with extreme pain and need those. You will see what we get treated like hopefully..

Pharmacy staff are short tempered with customers and not helpful about scheduling pharmacy changes to appointments. I will stick to the RH Johnson & Union Hills locations because they know how to assist, be kind, go out their way to make a concern addressed, and treat customers very well! They don’t have an attitude either! Seriously a manager needs to step in on being friendlier to older customers or customers who don’t understand. Compassion & caring goes a long way! I watch them be rude to several customers including myself and I only had a question! I will not return to this location ever! You get one star because that is the lowest possible rating. I pride myself on treating other show I would want to be treated and yet if the a pharmacy staff don’t like their job they should QUIT and don’t take it out on the customer and don’t bring your attitude to work!

Called in to check if item was available before heading down/ or setup a pickup order.9/25/21- at 5:16pm, the person who answered went far and beyond the normal check up on in stock item. Although item was not in stock, CSR apologized for not having item but told me to check back in a few hours due to a possible shipment. Csr was so pleasant and friendly.

What's the use on making an appointment if walk-ins get priority ?? I had an appointment and 3 others where ahead of me and got priority ?? The Pharmacist was on the cash register for 30 minutes processing on client ?? They told me to comeback in an hour even though I had an appointment. On a positive note the female behind the glass was pleasant. My complaint is with the Store.

Stopped by a few days ago, 2 employees were not wearing masks. The cashier did not put hers on until I got near the register. Sad.
