I really like the service at Walgreens, they are responsible for giving me all my medication refills and flue shots every year.
Monica speaks excellent English or Spanish and always helps as best as possible and applies coupons and discount cards when possible, and they answer my questions. They are very kind, Monica, Gina and Julie.

The staff are always in a terrible mood and are extremely rude. Not only that but I’ve always had to come back multiple due to prescriptions not being ready when they say they will be ready. Also, they are out of stock A LOT. I will be finding another pharmacy. Don’t go here!

July 3rd came and picked up my medicine through drive thru and pharmacy technician JULIE was so rude.. (the grey haired lady with glasses) had the biggest attitude and was being mean for no reason. You guys literally have been open for 20 minutes and are already off to a bad start. Looks so bad on Pharmacist that her staff acts like this..

Pharmacy techs are horrible .. they lie/steal meds and have horrible attitudes this lady on today of April 22./2023 at 2:30pm has a horrible attitude very rude and lies . Get yourself right or get a new job . Grow up and do your job. Get off the pills chick! Don't like your job then quit . Need new pharmacy techs !!! Will not use Walgreens ever again!

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!! Prescription orders sent over at 7 AM and they could not get the prescriptions filled before 2 PM. First time told an hour to hour and a half called -prescriptions still not ready I was told 30 to 45 more minutes- called again-still not ready and would be at least another hour. Get your act together people- it should never take this long for a customers order to get filled. I will never be back that is for sure!!!!

DO NOT get your prescription sent here!!!The lady on the phone if you call or go is rude and. I called to see if my prescription was done and her immediate response was “we have only been open 11 mins we haven’t done anything today.” Not so nice customer service then I asked politely around how long it should be and her response was “it’s a day after the holiday it will be hours till it’s ready”. Called my doctor Transferred my prescription luckily CVS PHARMACY was able to fill it within the hour it got called in. CVS PHARMACY on AVONDALE I recommend!

This place is just bad. The people that work there are always rude and never smile. Every time I call it feels like I'm bothering them for asking a question. Worst customer service, EVER. Just a side note, if you hate your job then quit.
