Should have gone here first ! I was told at an authorized dealer , If they got me a new number , it would cost $ 90 to $ 200 . Paul was able to help for basically no cost at all .

Zebastian, Bo, and Jocelyn are absolutely amazing. I was on the verge of saying goodbye to Verizon forever. They restored my faith in Verizon's customer service. They took care of the issue and even made sure I was taken care of and made sure that I even received something for the inconvenience. They are the BEST!!!
