“E-Z Towing & Recovery did me right. After being hit from behind and run into divider on 101, they were out quickly. It was 110 degrees outside and i had my dogs with me. I asked the Peoria officer if my dogs could cool off in his car and was told that he didn't have AC. After a bit, the tow truck driver asked us into his cab. I was allowed to remain there until my wife arrived. Several days later, I called to arrange for pick up of personal items. All of the folks that took me into the yard were friendly and helpful. And even though I was not allowed into the yard with my personal vehicle, they did have large shopping carts to gather my items. After having gone through so much, I appreciated their helpful crew.”

“I had a great experience! My Kia was broken into because of a TikTok unfortunately, just to warn everyone those parts are on back order. Not their fault… The receptionist at the front desk was very nice and informative every time I called. The mechanics were great too! They did a nice clean job, and they even went out of their way to fix my steering wheel, which I didn’t notice when I first filled out the report! I would recommend them, they do good work”
