“I love Columbia's hiking and walking gear. When i visited last, they had irresistible deals throughout the store. I loaded up on active wear for summer and winter. Merchandise was well stocked. And the associate was friendly. Columbia is a part of an outlet, so there's plenty of parking.”

“The store was 50% off when I passed through. You need to try every single item on even if it's a duplicate item of the same size, because it's an outlet store. Everyone in the store was nice but honestly even if they weren't nice I'd understand because retail is the new military.”

“Walked in looking for a brand new pair of soles. Recently diagnosed with scoliosis, not only did Katera point us in the right direction where to find the perfect soles. She was very kind & walked to the back to find the right size ( the last pair ) patient with aiding to the customers needs. We really appreciate Katera taking the time to show us what would work best!”

“I had to return a gift that didn't fit. I didn't have a receipt and I read online that they can return or replace without receipt but up to there decresion. I came in and the employee said they can't do it only the supervisor can. So I came back the next day and the supervisor did except the return amd was most helpful. Excellent service from all staff members.”
