We live in Rancho Sante Fe. We came in this store for the first time on the 4th of February at around 10am. There was a lady who was looking so unhappy and the moment I asked her a question she said “they dont do custome paint” . I actually did not even ask about custom paint. I showed her what we looking for, just show us the spray paints. I and my dad went to the area where spray paints are; however they were locked. She knew but did not help. Finally I asked to open the lock. I reached out one bottle to look at the color, she said “I have to place where I took it” “I cannot mess with them” etc. I literally reached out just one bottle. She had such a negative attitude from the moment we walked in. I hope this store hires someone that willing to work and does not make customers feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

I just left this store with having received no help whatsoever. Apparently customer service is not something available here. I showed a color pallet that I was looking for and all the lady sales rep could say was she didn’t know. There were a dozen different ways we could have found what I was looking for but apparently she just didn’t have the time or desire to help! very disappointed!!!
