Understaffed!!! I bought my tire at 1600 and they said theres a 1700 open appointment… and at 17:28 they havent touch my car.. only 1 person working…. If i should have known, I woudnt bring my car here but since my work is just walking distance from Sams club when my car died, I give it a go.. never again…… i asked them if i can just take the battery with me and not install it and return it, they wont let me… or just take the battery and have it installed somewhere else.. nope they wont

Thank you Eric and Andrew. :) I was in the rush to Sam’s club because the threading on my tires were horrible and I had class the next day early in the morning. It was probably an hour before they closed and I knew my chances were slim getting my tires changed but I knew I had to at least ask to see if they might have enough time. Eric and Andrew were super helpful. They were able to change my tires in 30 mins. I appreciate that they were able to make an exception due to the fact my tires were bad and could possibly pop at anytime because of the inner wires showing. Thank you so much Eric and Andrew for your hard work and caring for your customers. They need a bonus or raise for the help they provided.

This was terrible!!! We had a 6pm appointment and were told they were understaffed and behind schedule with a new person on shift. We waited over 2 hours and only 3 of the 4 tires were done. The young man couldn't remove the 4th tire from the rim. So now we have to go to Discount tomorrow to have them do it. We were told we could bring it back to them once the tire was off but do we want to come back there and wait for more incompetency?!?! Also, when I said I wanted to talk to a manger about getting some of our installation fee returned the young man said, "Well we did 3 of the 4". Ya, umm that is NOT complete!

Absolutely the worst experience ever. What’s the point of having a tire warranty and ordering a replacement if I can never get a hold of you to find out if it arrived. Phones are never answered in the Tire Department. It’s ridiculous. Customer Service = Huge Fail

I thought switching from discount tires to Sam’s would be better.If I knew how understaffed the tires dept was here I WOULD NOT have. Calling for a tire rotation is a hassle. You will always be redirected to a call center bc the “high call volume.” Lol. No, it’s bc there’s never anyone there to answer any calls at all.I will definitely be going back to discount tires as soon as these tires are done. The customer service is not worth staying with Sam’s for this.

What's the point of offering warranties if you never answer the phone to allow me to make an appointment? Yes I know, I can walk in, just to make an appointment. But it shouldn't be inconvenient. I was just on hold for 25 minutes, and the line hung up on me. I wish I could say this was possibly a mistake, but it's happened more than once. Please get your customer service together.

No stars if i could leave that but I've done a few online orders at this location and each time it's never been ready and I've had to just go up there and try to find my order which defeats the point of a online pickup order which is so i don't have to go inside they should just not offer online pickup anymore because it's not being handled correctly at all and they don't answer the phone either

I went here for a eye doctor appointment with my daughter today and the cafe was great it tasted really good and affordable for all the grocery shopping!! Would 100% recommend for familys on a budget

When I lived in Illinois, I used to buy my frozen shrimp at Costco, because they were much closer than our Sam's, but now that we live here, the Avondale Sam's is very close, so I have bought their frozen shrimp twice now, and both times it has been very bad. The first time I thought maybe it was a fluke so I tried again and it was the same. Both times every single shrimp had some freezer burn, and, although it appeared, that the shrimp were split and had the poop vein removed, over half the shrimp still had dirt that I had to clean myself. I went the distance and drove to Costco yesterday and the frozen shrimp were thawed today and were pink, clean, and perfect! What's more, they were less expensive than Sam's. Never again!

purchased an auto battery from sams club 2 years ago this month with a 3 year complete replacement warranty. Brought the dead battery in and they guy tests it and says, we need to charge it and if its still bad we will replace it but not with the same quality battery if you want to wait 1 1/2 hours. I guess they don't want to honor their warranty so beware. Sam's Walmart and many others are NOT standing behind their warranty.

No wonder they have two stars here! Did scan and go like always however it's not working! Customer service and associates basically said oh well nothing we Can do its just not working. Unacceptable! I forgot my wallet and just had my phone so I had to just leave my things. No one answers the corporate number either! Something needs to be done here for the ohwell attitude and due to the scan and go not working my time was waisted! Please step it up here!

I signed up for phone service thru sams club. Nothing promised was delivered. I was promised 150.00 per month for 6 lines...280.00 is what I am charged without adjustment.. it was refused by attAlso 1000.00 trade in they gave me approx 21.00 trade in value for working s21 with minor scratches.. it cost me 1000.00 2 yrs ago value should have been 800.00 any condition. Not honored either.The worst customer service I have ever received and the service itself is worse then tmobile.I was duped don't be me.

I called this Sams Club (Dysart in Avondale)to ask if the Photo Department still takes Passport Photos. I'm still on hold as I type this review. It's been over 30 minutes now! It's such an inconvenience & very disappointing to be put on hold & forgotten about! If I could give NO stars I would...HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

If you go to this sams club location I recommend only going into the store, not doing pickup, they are always slow bringing your order out, and for my pickup today from 10-11 that I placed 2 days ago, they didn't have it ready until 10:58! What a joke this locations pickup is!

Horrible horrible horrible.... Late pickup orders. Long waiting periods for pickups. No one ever answers customer service phone!!! Rude staff...
