Went to Sally's yesterday with my wife. She shopped awhile asked for help. Excellent advice and help. After long time shopping she was rang up. Just to find out they had no change and instead of trying to help said no sorry can't do. What!! My wife left empty handed. After all that time and advice they couldn't find a way to break 100 bill. Next time we will pay by card or have change. Good advice and opinions though. ?

Shelves were bare but I was happy to get the last pack of replacement tape for my extensions (until I got home). When I went to pay the woman asked if I needed a bag but it would cost me 15 cents. Seriously? So when I got home and opened the pack, half of the tape is gone! Thanks a lot, I've had bad experiences before but between them wanting to charge for a bag and then only getting half the product, I'll never shop at Sally's again.

This is the first time I’ve visited this location and I will definitely be coming back again. I have curly/wavy hair and am trying to bring it back to life after years of not using any products and lots of heat. I came with a friend and we were greeted and asked if we needed help with anything. I honestly wasn’t expecting to buy anything just see what curl products were there but after speaking to one of the associates, I believe her name was Anna (curly orange hair), she convinced me to buy some. Her energy and attitude was very welcoming and kind. She offered me a variety of products depending on how much I was willing to spend and I loved that! Super kind and helpful girl, would honestly go back again.

The best sally beauty store in Avondale, this store always has products In stock and the staff is more than helpful, they actually take the time to make sure you get what you need. I usually go to the one in tolleson or Goodyear since they’re a couple minutes closer but they never have products or aren’t helpful. Keep it up queens

They said they were closing early due to no ac. I literally just took my lunch break to get some bleach. Elizabeth was very rude and did not want to tell me she was the manager.

Clean store and very well organized. This location appears to have more in stock than other Sally's in the area. The staff was truly amazing and friendly and did not make you uncomfortable or give you a rude welcoming especially towards it being closing time. Definitely would recommend this.location before any other Sally's closer to me.

This is my first experience going to a Sallys and there were no products specifically for Afrcan American Hair. Wow... what a let down. Usually they have a section that caters to Black hair. Avondale is an diverse area. So what's up Sallys.
