Good customer service. Very nice guy. I was a little surprised when I asked for a poker and he had no idea what I was talking about. Directed me to the pipe cleaners. Kinda funny. Guess I'm old.

I 100% recommend this place they are freaking cool, I meant to leave a review a couple weeks ago when it was my friends birthday and we got a bunch if wraps and the worker ( I feel really bad I can't remember his name) was super nice and helped me find the right wrap for the job at hand!

The Staff is great! I informed them that I wanted to transition from cigarettes to vaping and they were helpful and knowledgeable of the product brands they sell… I made a purchase and because it was my first go at it, I was even given samples of various flavors to try. I highly recommend Ruby’s especially if you’re looking to quit cigarettes.
