My wife forgot her wallet when she went to buy cigarettes and 2 sodas after she realized she didn’t have it she asked for just the 2 sodas and whoever thought to talk down to her after she already said she didn’t want the cigarettes accusing her of being underage and wanting a freebee should really consider what they say before humiliating someone the only reason I don’t go down the street and figure out who it was if because my wife isn’t some inconsiderate person quick trip fix ur attitude.

Went to redeem scratch ticket winnings. The machine was out of printer paper after he scanned my ticket. Handed me the ticket back and said “I have to figure out how to change the paper”…. 3 people are walking around behind the counter looking for receipt paper. After about 10 minutes, they return and say “we don’t have any keys to get the paper, you’ll need to go somewhere else”…. Please make sure employees are trained and have proper equipment to do necessary tasks for the job..

Update: Leaving at 2 stars for shady business practices. They'll quickly scan your products you place on the counter, and will mumble your total in a very low tone, and on more than one occasion, my total was higher than it should have been... either due to an extra item being rung up, or them simply not honoring a sales price or deal that was displayed by the product. Why mumble the price? So you don't hear, and pay whatever the total is, because you're in a rush??? Very curious about this. If you don't believe me, go in and see for yourself. It's typically the male employee who do this. They'll literally mumble the total.
The place is clean, but the staff is kind of questionable. I mean, 99% of the time I go in to get some quick-pick lottery tickets, it's complete and utter confusion on their part. "Can I please get 5 qp on the fantasy 5 and 5 straights for the pick 3?" That seems like a simple request, right? Apparently not. I constantly get stuff like, "soooo...do you want quick picks for the pick 3?", or "soooo... that's 3 on the pick 3, right?" How in the world is this so confusing? I constantly have to repeat my ever-so simple request a good 3 times. Did I give them a ticket to play custom numbers? No. So, of course it's quick picks. Heaven forbid I ask for something like "3 quick picks for the fantasy 5, and 5 straights for the pick 3". I'd be there the whole day! For a place called "Quik Trip", the staff isn't too "quik".

I went to this qt and they chargerfme 22,99$ for some glasses to block the sun and they charged me 6,99? For muscle milk that is a size of a juice pouch I would not recommend going here!!!!

Store is clean and staff pleasant. I would suggest that they work on their iced tea. Often times in the morning the black mango tea is like water.

Last time I got a coffee from here, I had to wash my lid. They have good coffee I just hope their coffee machines are a little cleaner.

This store ALWAYS has problems with their soda machines. Either they are completely out of ice, or have multiple flavors out of order. They make way too much money at this busy location to not take the time to upgrade or maintainAgain on 10/25. If you are interested in a functional soda fountain, go to circle K down the street. Every other day this QT location puts out of order tape over theirs.
