After 10 hours of driving, I arrived at the travel center here in Avondale only to wake up to a sign limiting me to two(2) hours ... I guess I will be taking myself to gas up elsewhere.
Wendy's is here serving breakfast 24/7 but if this location isn't interested in compounding business I can also take myself to an IHOP.

Well I tried telling maintenence about the issue in shower 12 which you can't cut off the water and they did not want to do anything about it. It is literally stuck all the way on hot. Yes I know about there not being any cold water to go with the hot but I don't think it is supposed to get stuck all the way on hot and not be able to cut it off. So here is some pics to prove what I'm saying.

This is a horrible location driver... They are forcing me to pay for reserved parking, and there's no indication that the spot is a reserved parking space. I will never come back here for an overnight, and hopefully, I can get fuel elsewhere.

No properly cleaned showers ? and toilets ? Most of the showers ? are giving only Hot water ?. I requested the lady and she gave me another shower room. Again the same hot shower ??

They have two-part washing machines here, one part is designed to accept payment and the other part is designed to wash your clothes. The part that accepts your money works very well, while the part that washes your clothes doesn't work at all! Very exciting!
Rarely is there parking here even in the daytime.

Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a truck stop. The fuel lanes are clogged with drivers that abandoned their vehicles to go shop inside the store. When I called to ask someone to make an announcement for drivers to kindly move their vehicles she said she "doesn't know how to work the p.a. system. She claimed to be TRYING to help but I'm not sure exactly how. She stated the driver may be a customer in the LONG check out line in front of her, but she still REFUSED to make an announcement. FRUSTRATING. Fine customer service. I just purchased $400 worth of fuel. 07/24/24 @ 9:15 management, are you reading this????????? Please FIX it!

I understand things can get busy so I want to extend some grace to the gentleman working here. However, being told as I enter to shower to "hurry up because I'm super busy." And then having having the same man beating on the door while I'm in the shower yelling, "Maintenance" to see if I'm done is not cool. I dont want to blame the guy because I'm not sure if it's him or pressure from management above him. As gross as it sounds I don't get to shower often as truck driver and my experience at this pilot was not good. I'm marking it in my Google maps as a pilot to not visit again. Pilot is usually my first choice to stop and shower.
