Worst worst worst I was parked bobtail in the parking lot they told me to move your truck to bobtail parking but there’s no any empty spot they told me to leave the truck stop find another what is this I am fueling from pilot flying j from now on I going to remove all my trucks from pilot

This is a horrible location driver... They are forcing me to pay for reserved parking, and there's no indication that the spot is a reserved parking space. I will never come back here for an overnight, and hopefully, I can get fuel elsewhere.

They need to learn how to p/u and Answer their Phones, They also need to learn how to Restart a Fuel transaction if it Quits,Not do a whole New Transaction, Terrible Service
