It's a good pet store, not amazing. Lots of empty shelves. Those behind the register weren't pleasant either. It's not a wonder why people prefer self checkout and Amazon anymore. We did buy a couple Betta fish here though. Enzo and Reboot are good friends! One speck of Betta food in the morning and one and night is all they need to eat. Be sure to get some Betta Water Conditioner too to use when replacong their water with fresh tap water each week. I would have bought some Betta-Fix too but they were out. Found some on Amazon for next day delivery for under $5 which was a better price anyway.

I did like the people at customer service the manager was excellent but the groomer for my dog when I went to have her groomed was sick I got sick.. she shouldn't have been there to groom my dog.

The front desk associate terrible. The doctors and nurses amazing. The vet and nurses treated my puppies great. I don’t agree with the coupon for first time pets but whatever it is what it is. I also don’t agree with the fact I had to cal numerous times to speak with someone on getting their shot records. I probably won’t be back due to the incompetence of the front desk worker even on the phone it didn’t sound like she knew what was happening

Girl working the front at 8:41pm on Jan 7th she did not have a name tag so I'm not sure on her name. She told me they aren't doing crickets any more to try scales and tails. I asked where it's at she told me look it up but we're not doing crickets anymore. I did look them up and they were closed. She looked upset that I asked where it was at and seemed like she was in a bad mood. I normally come here for my pets but after this experience and interaction I won't be. It's not a good feeling coming off of work where I give customer service to get treated like I was annoying someone for asking questions and needing help. Very poor customer service

I have been trying to get through to the vet to make an appointment for my dog for the last couple of weeks and no matter what day or time I try I get a recording me telling me how busy n short handed they are ; to please leave a message i do with my name phone brief explanation for appointment. The recording claims they will get back to me ! Yet they NEVER DO !! This was my last try I'm looking for a different vet. It must be nice not to need customers. They were great when I needed to have my dog fixed but now nothing. Thanks for nothing !!!

Petco has more begun moving California policies to Arizona. California has a bag law and they charge for every bag you need. .10cents well I live in Arizona not California so effective immediately I will never walk into another store. If I go out of my way to give you my business and you choose to penalize me. I have other choices it will never be Petco. I say this on principle

I needed to get the Fabreez cat litter pellets and the employee that I asked about them was spot on he knew right where they were. And even helped me with a smile.
The cashier was also very nice.
