i went here and bought a car battery for my car and ask him to replace my old one but a guy works there named isiah refuse to do it... his alibi was he does not want to blow up my car... i end up returning the battery and went to AUTOZONE...

I was told they are no longer recycling oil at this store by the Manager 12-23-2023 at 12pm, then there's no reason to buy oil here.

On Sunday I brought my car to O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale I arrived a little early, so I sat in front and waited for the store to open. A man walked up to me. His name was Lupe and explained that they were not open yet, but asked what was wrong with my car. even though they were not open, Lupe still checked my battery for me and confirmed that I did indeed need a new battery . After I purchased the new battery, and even thought it was a difficult job., Lupe still installed the new battery with no problem. I constantly returned back to O’Reilly‘s because of the amazing customer service I get there . There is several places that sell auto parts, but I would never deviate from going to O’Reillys again and again. I am so thankful to Lupe and the entire staff at O’Reilly‘s auto parts in Avondale. Thank you again.

I purchased a battery In 2022 at Oreillys in Agora California, but it became swollen this summer and my 2019 vehicle wouldn't start. Lupe was absolutely amazing at Oriellys in Avondale. He came outside, calmed the situation and helped us get a replacement battery at not cost. Thank you so much. It's nice to have a salesperson take the time to really attend a customer's needs, with patience and kindness.

When in to buy stuff for my car ( tire shine, and other things, I asked the guy on back of the counter if I needed to make line to pay for my stuff, he ignore me , he didn’t answer me. Than I asked him again and he said yes. Bad customer service, they want you to wait 10- 20 minutes to buy something that I needed because they probably don’t have all the employees working today. I will never come here again I will give them 0 starts but there’s none. Go to Autozone better I never have this problem there.
