Kim is the shiz she went above and beyond to help us !!! But if she's the only one with a dealer code and no other employee can have one why tell us to go in store with your id knowing Kim dont work all day everyday this store needs to fix that if you can't trust employees with codes then why hire them ive spent two days trying to fix a simple situation if it was just based on Kim service would have put five stars cuz its not her fault

Employees at this location are just clueless. Almost every question I had, they had to call their manager or referred me to the customer service hotline.
