“Came from five below to use the restroom, used restroom and rushed out forgetting my wallet. By the time I got to my car I realized I was missing my wallet, went back in to five below,checked with them and no luck. Rushed back in to old navy and there was zaraiah(not sure if that's how you spell her name) but she was standing there with wallet in hand! Saying "I was looking all around the store for you" . I gave her the biggest hug and was very thankful for her. Good job old navy! And that you sooo much zariah! :)”
“Very helpful and friendly staff. From the moment I went in they greeted me and started helping in every way immediately! Unfortunately there was a small issue with shipment, but the way they handled it was fantastic! William called me and gave me the facts and really took charge of the situation. He was able to get the situation fixed and had a few backups fixed in case it wasn't. Overall this store in particular was phenomenal throughout the whole process and the staff was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Shout out to William!”

“Four stars as service was great and check out time was fast. I found a few items I liked and at good prices.The store is a bit crowded in isles, and some shelves in disarray.Didn't see but one worker on the floor.Woman's selections were all over on display; hardly any men's compared to women's.”
