“Honestly I don’t get the horrible reviews its common for most labs to have outrageous wait times and some don’t if you’re lucky but that’s why you come prepared to wait. I went to get a drug screening for my nursing clinicals and I waited almost 3 hours (which I expected). However, the receptionist were letting people know that their system was down (did everything by hand) and that the wait might be over 1-2 hours long. Note that drug testing starts at 9am so don’t waste your time by coming earlier since you’ll be waiting more. But the office was understaffed and the 2-3 workers were running everything on their own. I think the workers did what they could and were respectful to the customers but just be prepared to wait a while if you don’t have an appointment and even if you do.”
“I had accidentally made an appointment for my son for two weeks ahead of when I showed up and they squeezed us in. It was for infant blood work and she did a good job of getting us in and out quickly so he wasn't upset for too long. Thank you!”
“The receptionist was a nice and polite, my PCPs (Dr G Torres) nurse was perfection, and my doctor actually listened to everything I had to say about my health concerns and what was bothering me.”
“Clarissa was phenomenal! Highly recommend, she definitely deserves a raise. Normally they have such a hard time but she only had to do it once, no digging or probing. Expert in her field and definitely deserves all the praise. Thank you so much for making it a positive experience.”
“I got here. They were fast. Clean. Ladies at the front desk, very nicely verified if I had signed in correctly. The phlebotomist was fast, before I knew it before was in and blood was out. You guys ROCK. Thank you guys.”
“I was a recent walk-in for a lab order and I went close to their opening time. The place was very clean and constantly calling people from the lobby, which made me feel comfortable with not having to wait for too long. There were 5-7 people before me and waited around 20-30 minutes.
Esmeralda called me back and took my blood samples. I’m scared of needles, but she was quick and gentle so I barely felt anything. She was really nice and put me at ease.”
“I went here, in spite of the bad/low star reviews, and I am so glad that I did. My mom needed lab work done and Sonora Laboratories recording said they were closed from 11:00am-3:pm (at two locations that I called) for a staff meeting, which is unacceptable for a business to do. Anyway, I got to LabCorp and before I could finish the electronic sign in, the girl at the window was already calling my mom to confirm some info. So that right there was less than five minutes. We waited about 10 or 15 minutes in the waiting room before we were called to the back where we met a wonderful phlebotomist (Diane). I explained to her how it’s usually hard to find veins on my mom (84 yrs old). She was so gentle and kind when speaking with my mom as she was prepping her arm. She assured my mom that she would use the smallest needle and would not hurt her. Within 2-3 minutes we were done. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left out, it was probably only 30 minutes and that was without an appointment. Don’t let the bad reviews keep you from giving them a fair chance.”
“Quick in and out time. Less than 10 minutes from walk in to complete... Quick and efficient. Excellent service and great attitudes. Sadly, I can only give 5 stars.”
