I don't recommend this place that is now called independent tax service not liberty, because the lady that helped me didn't even know what she was talking about every time she would say something her manager sitting behind her had to correct like um NO you only get the 50 bucks If you don't get the discount or NO our policy is different now. It really made her/them look unprofessional and not organized and the lady just had no idea how to explain things not what was going on with the taxes this year. And most of all they charged me a lot on a return that assent very much just claiming myself no children or dependents and I don't make a lot of money a year so it was very low and they took a third of it, and they put somebody else's acct number and routing number in on my state taxes and tried saying it was there business acct so they can get paid when they already deducted the fees from my federal, sorry but because I'm young doesn't mean I don't read my papers and know when someone is trying to get me for my money. NEVER AGAIN . Thanks .

We been using liberty tax service for over three years, Im giving them a five stars, since we met Brytwauna she's been so helpful for our family ! we see her like a part of my family and I truly recommend them to my friends and family . thank you again!!!.

Love this place & the employees!! Come see Shae at this store or at their other location at 67th ave and Glendale. She was friendly and honest & answered all are questions!! I would definitely come back and see them. Screw h&r block...lol

This place sucks. They "lost" my state refund and claim they don't know what happened. I think they mean its lost in their bank account because according to the state of AZ my refund was processed months ago. I never get a straight answer or even a call back from these people. They got their cut so screw me right? I highly suggest H and R Block over Liberty or even TurboTax. You know, so money doesn't magically disappear.

I am 14 years old and the gave me a application to work there as a waver and I called 2 hours later and they said u have to be 16 when I got the application I told them I was 14
