The store actually only has two people, and during tax season, two more people are hired. Another part-time is an outlet of anytimemailbox US address service provider，I had the misfortune of renting the address of this outlet.After renting for more than a year, I later found out in the bill that they had been billed arbitrarily and repeatedly.I didn't ask to scan the contents of the letter, but they turned on the scan,Get scan fee，falsify。When asked to discard letters, they used a fee-based shredder. Moreover, after I complained, they actually showed me the "evidence" and I had no way of knowing how they created it.The character of this shop owner is so bad, so bad。I complained to anytimemailbox multiple times but they ignored the complaints and I closed my account,They yelled at me viciously and asked me to leave their store.So if you want to rent an address or tax business, look elsewhere! Be careful about the knives hidden behind their smiling faces!

Liberty tax in Avondale is a great place! I was in and out. My taxes are fairly easy but they got me way more back than I was told on turbo tax. Lekan and bayo are great guys to work with!

For many years I've done my own taxes but this year when so many tax breaks, credits and factors I felt more at ease going to liberty for them to do them for me (leave it to the professionals) and Bayo was awesome to work with and he has gained my business but more importantly my trust! Firstly this company FALSE ADVERTISES.There posters in the office says money back guarantee if your information is inaccurate.My information was inaccurate and I had to call not only there customer service but my bank to get it straightened out.when I finally received my check they took an extra 100 out and did not give me my money back.To me that is poor business ethics if you advertise something you should honor it.Due to the false advertising plus extra money being taken from my refund without my knowledge or consent I will no longer give them my business. I will go back to my old company who I know will not mess up and who will do it right the first time.who won't take extra from my refund without telling me.
