I bought a 2021 Atlas from Larry Miller and since 12,000 miles the brakes have made a horrible screeching noise. At 12,000 miles they put in new brakes that made exactly the same noise and for the past two years tell me they are fine and it is not their problem it is Volkswagen issue. They give me a useless 1-800 number to Volkswagen who tell me to go through the dealership. I have asked multiple times for some sort of solution but have NEVER been given anything. The service person Barb has repeatedly told me she will have her manager call me but yet NOTHING. Actually, at the most recent repair after she said the brakes would still make the "rumble" she tried to charge me for a stripped oil pan bolt. Larry Miller service is the only one who has ever worked on the car. So they strip the bolt and then tried to charge me. Just sickening customer service. The noise is no "rumble" it is a ceramic on ceramic maddening beyond belief SCREECHING" sound. The one fix they told me was to go 45 miles an hour then slam on the brakes. Are you fucking kidding me???????

The service desk is extremely rude and unwelcoming you feel as if you are bothering these people who are there to help you. It's laughable how many times I have walked into the service desk and the people there are rude. Especially the first guy who is sitting there named Mike Erickson. He always is rude and has a resting attitude face. I don't recommend this at all. And whoever runs this business needs to check everyone at the service desk, because you will lose business.

This place is horrible, just scammers. You can understand the one star reviews, we called and they said a car was available drove for an hour. They even let us test, drive the car and then told us it was sold. save your time go anywhere other than this dealership

Several weeks ago I was driving my 2022 Jetta that i purchased from Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Avondale, and I heard a scraping sound that was coming from underneath my car. I pulled over but to find the skid plate had come loose. I called Larry H. Miller in Avondale, because i was five minutes away from the dealership. Upon my first two employees that received my calls, they said i had to set up an appointment to come in. I told them if i could bring it in and just the have skid plate removed and i would set up an appointment and get that put back on at a later date. They both said they could not help me. They said to talk to Matt the shop manager and see if he could help me. I left him a message but did not get a call until the following day. Mind you, this was at 11:30am that morning. The next day Matt called me and said he was sorry that he did not call me back. While i think this was a great opportunity to shine as a dealership, that would have taken 5 minutes to remove the skid plate and I would have written a great review. Instead, i am writing this poor review and their service. I asked them about a loaner car, and they said they did not have any, which i find this very odd, that a loaner car is not available to someone who purchases a car and need one to get back and forth to work while they service their vehicle. Anyways, a great opportunity that was lost because the failure of not the employees but because of the lack of training that comes from the owner; Mr. Miller. Take some responsibility and look forward to discussing this matter with you!

So..... this is long over due. But I think anyone considering purchasing a car from these lying, cheating, pieces of sh1t should know for YEARS they have been scamming people. I "purchased" a VW Golf, well so I thought.... I completed all the paperwork for the loan, supplied a down payment, and drove away in my new car! Well right before my 1st payment was due they called me saying that the sales representative I was working with was fired and that he lied to me. Turns out.... They were all lying, that individual was never fired and they had me in a situation where if I returned the car and took my old car back I'd owe them thousands for the miles on the Golf. I had to purchase the Golf, the finance officer was a dusty old white women acting like she was my friend trying to help me get out of a bad situation cause in her exact words "your old car is a piece of sh1t" (funny cause my trade in was a 2015 Beetle). Then I started questioning them! Me a business owner myself and someone who's purchased cars before knew something was wrong here. Luckily for the old dusty white lady her branch manager was sitting by her side in the room with us! When I questioned them, said branch manager not only threatened me and became extremely aggressive as if he was going to physically harm me. These people are absolute trash. Full stop. Do not do business with them. Everything bad that comes to them they deserve. Y'all should be sued and closed forever!

If I could put 0 star I would!!!! Please trust yelp 2 star review!!! I gave my car for routine oil change and waited 2 1/2 hours. When I didn't hear from them I went to service desk to check on the status of my car. Jeremy informed me that my car is ready. And I got in my car start the engine, guess what the "oil change due" sign was still on. So I went back to Jeremy and told him the oil change message is still on. He looked at it and said that he is sorry that they haven't done anything with the car yet!!!!! How is this even acceptable???? I sat there for 2 1/2 hrs and they told me they haven't done anything!!!! And if I didn't see that sign and returned Jeremy was just going to let me leave with out oil change!!!! Please please DO NOT GO HERE!!! They are liars and cheat!!! Now I'm going to trade in my Volkswagen! I never want to have their service again!! I'm calling the main Volkswagen company too. They need to be stopped!!!!

The last few times I have set an appointment here they say it will be 5 days because they are behind. Without a loaner car so your SOL on having a car to drive. This was my question then why are you setting appointments? I will not be going to this dealership ever again. Use another Voltswagen dealership.

UPDATE **********LADIES LADIES LADIES!!!!! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP! My 22 year old daughter bought a 2016 vw bettle from this place in April 2023. July 28the battery died and they tried to charge her $190 (cost of battery $230 + $99 labor charge)to replace the battery. The battery should have been replaced before they sold her this car. The price they gave her was a so called employee discount. BULLSHIT! She refused the replacement after purchasing a vehicle for $20k this shouldn't have happened after a couple of months. They told her it's because of the Arizona heat! BULLSHIT!!! The date on the battery 01/21. Well over the lifespan of the battery. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! I HATE THAT I LET HER GET A CAR FROM LARRY H MILLER CROCKET ASS DEALERSHIP

After buying my car, The main screen was off and I called asking for assistance and the girl who received the call provided me a terrible customer service, not giving me options and trying to schedule me for the following week, She said they couldn't provide assistance with a car and no information about how long it will take. I tried to call the manager and left a voicemail and the manager did not reach to me. I called again and sales department were hanging up the call. I called again to the parts department and the guy tried to page the manager and he said he was in another call and asked for my number to give him the message. I will write another review with the resolution of this case.

Dont buy a car here! I purchased a car, after 3 months got pulled over and was told my vehicle was not registered. When I called the dealership I got the whole run around....call the DMV...call Volkswagen Credit...GM is on vacation.

I found a used 2015 Jetta that was perfect for my daughter turning 16. After the test drive, it was determined that a replacement part was needed. I was ready to buy otherwise. I was told that, as soon as the part was replaced, I would be first priority and contacted to come back in and make the purchase. Instead, they violated our verbal agreement and sold it out from under me. On the phone call after, they were defensive and insisted that they expressed to me that they cannot hold the vehicle. Although it makes sense that they cannot hold the vehicle, it simply wasn't expressed. They said they would call. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Would have been my second vehicle purchase from them. Never again.

These people here are crooks. They will sell you a car under the pretenses that a bank accepted your loan. You will give them a trade in and/or a down payment thinking you're buying the car fair and square. Then, they'll call you back in a few weeks later saying paperwork fell through and when you show up with the car they will take it from you. They pride themselves on helping people with bad credit but that's not the case. If a bank has not accepted someone for a loan don't give them a car. Plain and simple. But they want to make a sale. Or at least pretend they did. The managers and the salesmen selling the cars are absolutely disgusting human beings and I hope karma comes back around for every single person who works here. STAY AWAY FROM THESE NEW AGE CROOKS!! They will fake sell you a car then steal it back and try to keep your money and trade in. Despicable.ALWAYS ALWAYS READ EVERY SINGLE DOCUMENT BEFORE SIGNING ANYTHING!!!

Scheduled a oil filter change two days in advance. I received 3 reminders of my appointment. I arrive 15 minutes early and told it will be at least a 3 hour wait.
