I understand that this location can get busy but this is utterly ridiculous. Plus, it doesn't help that the front desk staff are so rude and unprofessional. I asked a simple question and was met with so much attitude. I won't ever visit this location again. They need to hire more professional and respectful people up front.

Hire more employees. Fiancé was quoted a one hour wait(added to text list)
After 1.5 hours she decided to check inside.
When she approached the desk she was told it would be a 2 hour wait. Once she reminded the employee she had already been waiting 1.5 hours, the answer changed into “I’m not sure how much longer it’s going to be.”
It is now 10 hours later, business closed 2.5 hours ago. Never received a text. If she had stayed she would have sat there waiting until 3 pm when they closed.
Worthless business. Hire more people or just close the doors.

Everytime I go, the ladies are always nice to me. I guess if you go in with positive energy you receive it right back. Elizabeth at the front desk greeted me so much good morning vibes, I didn't mind the wait. Roberta the tech was a joy and provided me with good information for my next visit ? be thoroughly hydrated!! Thanx Roberta . This is my go to lab.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews for this location. I went here for my drug test as part of my job. Booked appointment prior in their website. Had to wait for 15 mins as it was crowded. But the entire process was smooth. I would highly recommend to book prior appointments and then be there on time. Cheers!

Don't go here if you can avoid it. They're rude as hell and even if you have an appointment, you'll have to fight your way through 20 people just to get in the dang door.

Zero stars. Plan on at least at hour wait after your 'appointment' time. Always understaffed. But they do offer a mobile option now (at an extra charge of course).
