Amazon returns suck!!! There’s was 2 people working .one lady in front of me brought back a couch not boxed or bagged the second employee leaves so I waited 15 20 minutes 4 people in back of me waiting !!!that employee should of stayed knowing that big order in front of me !! Do better Kohl’s!!!

The young woman in Sephora followed me around like I was going to steal. I was obviously having trouble making a last minute Christmas gift decision and could have purchased plenty given the urgency, but no thanks. Profilers are not only who they used to be historically. I’ll leave it at that.

The last few times that I have been here, i feel like the selection has been limited and didn't really care for the clothes that they offered. I miss the Marc Anthony collection as I always found something there. Also, their suit/sportcoat selection is very limited, I am a 46 short, and I can only find that size in the boring blue or black. I wish they had them in their other sport coat collections as I would own several more of them. Instead, I end up at Men's warehouse but would rather be buying them from Kohl's.

Very rude and VERY sexist staff member here. I HAD the worst experience from whom I'm assuming was the manager at this sephora. However, one of the younger staff members she was very kind and friendly she was amazingly helpful and approachable! That older woman, on the other hand, who was wearing the mask at the time, was just pushy, unprofessional, and just plain sexist because I was a male customer...
NEVER will I ever spend money at this location, and I truly feel sorry for her and how she approaches life with that attitude, especially how she approaches male customers... You'd assume sephora would hire people with integrity and kindness and great customer service, but I guess not here... ZERO STARS if there's a possible rating for this sephora..

Double check ALL of your price tags and price markings on item(s) in boxes and cartons. You may end up paying more than the original price. I almost paid $30.00 more than the price marked on the mattress topper box. BEWARE of the greed out there!!!

The sales and merchandise at Kohls is always very good. I enjoy shopping there. The staff are also very pleasant and helpful.

Scored today! Went in for a pickup, and they were handing out surprise discounts. Well, mine was $5. off, so of course I had to buy something😂 $10. 2 pk. dishtowels, plus my $5, minus some discount they had, and they ended costing $3.25. My kind of deal!!

I've been going to Kohl's for years. I'm very disappointed that the petite section is down 2 racks, and it's hard to find clothes for short people.

Expensive but what isn't nowadays, right? I like the fact that I can drop off my Amazon returns here. Very convenient. It's a good store. Very nice clothing for the whole family. Parking is great, handicap right out front.
