I have completed tax returns for 54 times in my life (I AM 70 y/o) This was the easiest, the most professional, the most supportive, and the only time where I was treated as the main focus and my best interest.

The receptionist was not professional at all, but other then that the rest of my time there was very fast, easy, amd professional amd my tax professional was nice and caring.

I have been a loyal customer of this office for over a decade, always enjoying their excellent customer service and feeling valued as more than just a profit source. However, my recent experience has completely changed my perspective. Despite years of positive interactions, our last visit left us feeling like just another set of social security numbers in their database. The personalized attention and care I once received were noticeably absent, making me question their commitment to customer satisfaction. It's disappointing to see a once-trusted establishment prioritize ??? over genuine client relationships. If they can't even handle the simple task of printing tax returns for our records, what else would you expect?
