I have had 3 appointments with Dr. Sadek. While he is pleasant and seems knowledgable, I had to wait over 45 minutes for 2 of those appointments. This is unacceptable as far as I am concerned. Time to find a doctor who cares enough to be prompt.

He is a awesome doctor! I haven't seen him since he changed locations but sounds like its issue with the front desk not the DR, he is an amazing DR and i was with him for about 3 years

Most of the complaints are about the front desk or the staff, but not about the doctor himself. If that's the issue then he is now in a new place with new staff. I am visiting doctor Kamel for the last 12 years and I am very happy with the way he is treating me. Doctor Kamel is caring and very skilled professional and I will always go to him.Note: If I need to be seen immediately and he is booked, I will drive to the urgent care as usual (That's why we have urgent care offices every where).

Time to find a doctor who can follow up timely and is not too busy seeing other patients. If you and your staff cannot manage all patient care then stop accepting more patients!Went for lab work 2 weeks ago and 3 days after going I received a notification from the lab that my results were available. Still waiting to hear from the doctor. I called in today for status and was told they cannot tell me when the doctor will be available. This kind of service is unacceptable.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced by a so called "medical professional". My 88 year old father was running out of a prescription that he has taken for 10 years and had Walgreens send in a request for a refill. This was during the Covid-19 quarantine. The doctor's office said to allow 24 - 48 hours for Dr. Camel to respond. At 72 hours, we placed calls to the Dr. and the pharmacy and they sent another request. At 168 hours (7 days) I called the Dr.'s office again on behalf of my father. Only when I started asking for the phone # of the CEO of IMS did they "try" to connect me to Dr. Camel's assistant, Sheila. When the transferred me to her, she hung up the phone before we could speak. UGH! The good news, they did call my father back and set up a phone call appointment. If not for that, I would have given ZERO STARS if that was possible. My recommendation, find a doctor that cares about their patients well being.

He’s a good dr. But there’s no point in calling. I get voicemail or busy signal every time I call. I literally have to drive there to schedule appointment.

I'm giving a 2 star due to the fact that every time I go and see him he acts as though it's the first time seeing my problems. I don't feel like he wants to help me and the office is super bad at getting the referrals out I'm going on two weeks now and still no word. Called the office today and they basically said that the Dr. has not got them over yet. Needless to say I am done with all IMS offices they seem to be the worst. I hope this was helpful to some of you.

If this was a life or death matter you'd be dead. They take forever to refill a prescription. It's been over 4days and Im unable to check my fathers blood sugar. 64 dollars for test strips ?

waiting for a callback and a referral to ENT. This will be the second visit for the same reason and I had to call remind them that referral is needed for something that should have been sent as a STAT request..

On phone for 10 minutes waiting to find a way to come in, No answer. No excuse for staff to refuse to answer. This is crap service. Not worth my time to bother. If they don't bother, I see no reason to bother.
