We wait a long time for the parts to arrive, but communication was the key, our service advisor Sack did a really good job with the updates and follow up, it was really helpful to have a rental or loaner vehicle too. At the end of the day I'm happy and grateful with the service.

Melby isn't pushy, he is knowledgeable, and he was patient with us during both of our purchases with him. The staff is friendly, their prices across the board are better than any local dealership that I've found. We enjoy doing business with them and plan on returning! I highly recommend them!

I won't be ever be doing buisness here ever. I showed up on Friday aaking fir a ver specific model truck and color. They best they did was look in their inventory and didn't even try to attempt to look elsewhere. They didn't take me serious. Didn't even take my name or number . So I left and was able to find thay truck I wanted in Mesa and paid over half down.

I understand negotiations. How ever the sneakynesss, and lies are unnecessary. Not to mention sales representative telling me. " Give us a good rating, and if not. Don't even do the dealership Review." Why would you tell a paying customer something like that?

If you are considering purchasing a car from this dealership, I strongly recommend avoiding working with Dayanna P.!!!!!!!. We were genuinely shocked by the lack of professionalism and maturity she displayed during our transaction. If it had been solely my decision, I would have requested her removal from our paperwork or considered walking away entirely, but my spouse was set on the vehicle we had been searching for.
We informed Dayanna the morning of our purchase that we intended to complete the transaction after work and remained in contact throughout the day, coordinating a specific time for pick-up. Our expectation was to simply finalize the paperwork, as we had already seen the truck the day before. Unfortunately, there was no preparation on her part to accommodate our schedule, despite knowing that we live an hour away. The entire process took over four hours to complete.
When we arrived, we had a certified check for the down payment and a pre-approval check from the bank. We declined to provide our Social Security Number for an OFAC check, given that we are prior military, had our veteran paperwork, and two forms of identification. In our experience with purchasing vehicles, we know that an SSN is not necessary to complete the sale. Dayanna’s response was, “If we aren’t going to make it easy for her, we can just not buy the car.” When we requested to speak with a manager, she retorted, “I’m a salesman, not a waitress.”
During our test drive, she proudly shared that she had told another potential customer something similar over the phone because the person was “asking too many questions.” This left us with the impression that this behavior is habitual for her. It is never the customer's responsibility to "make it easy" for the salesperson. The role of a salesperson is to build rapport, listen to the customer's needs, and work collaboratively to reach an agreement. Speaking to customers in this manner is unacceptable.
Throughout the entire interaction, we remained calm and composed, never raising our voices, yet Dayanna stormed off twice during the process. Her unprofessional behavior must be addressed, as it could negatively impact the dealership's reputation and result in the loss of potential customers.
On a positive note, every other employee we encountered was exceptional, and the gentleman who completed the sale provided a much better experience. However, the overall process was extremely disappointing. I have never encountered such poor service before. If you choose to visit this dealership, I cannot stress enough the importance of steering clear of Dayanna P. She has a lot of growing to do and could greatly benefit from further training and coaching.
