Shout out to James -- I had an Replacement Warranty and he took his time and made sure that me the customer was taken care of. I tired emailing and calling the Corporate office with no luck. I want to thank James for his attention to detail.

Person working the registers was rude from the second we entered. There was literally NO ONE in the store except the person working that has NO ID on, no nametag, nothing. Had a return, she basically was ignoring me the entire process. I tried to show her the barcode scan my email said was required for my return. She just said "No". Ok...? Wow, bad day? Don't take it out on me and my kids! Then the refund was half what it was supposed to be, which I tried to point out, she again said "No". She said a number, and i waited for anything else, nothing, so I said ok so will that go back in my account or? She said "No"... "You have to enter your card"... Ok... Waited again... I asked where? She said over here, so I put in my card and mentioned that it was much less than my refund should be, she said, again, "No" and dug something out of the trash and showed my this ripped up piece of paper that said the amount, i tried to show her the email saying the refund was much more than that, and so, again, she said "No". Ok fine, I said I'd call corporate office when I got home to deal with it. There's is NO reason anyone should be this rude to be over a 8.99 return, EVER. Like it ruined her life that I brought in a return, or bothered her, at all. Don't ever go here, I won't ever be back. Gave me a horrible overall view of GameStop today, great job rude person.

Limited staff short hours of operation opens at 12 others I have been to open at 8 am or 9 am but if you need a PS5 they got'em and on my last visit they had a sale on the GoW Ragnarok 875 GB PS5 bundles for $50 off

Wish I could put no stars. Went in today to buy a Switch controller. Found one with a $17.99 price tag, took it to register to purchase, rang up at $22.99, said that should be $17.99, not $22.99, the employee said well, that’s the price it’s ringing up, so that’s how much it is. I said, well having worked in the retail business for 20+ years, the expectation is the item would be given to me for the price on the tag. Employee responded with, you can ask the manager. I said sure, manager was near by, had heard the entire conversation, responded with, “ whatever it comes up in the register is the price, it must not have got changed right”,then continued to walk into the back room without another word. When did it change to the price on the tag means nothing? I do understand the customer is not always right, but it’s not my problem that the merchandise was mislabeled, that’s on you and your employees. I won’t be coming back to this location EVER!!!!!

I have never in my life been treated so poorly ..I've never in my life been treated so poorly not only when I walked in was the associate making weird faces at me but after I had called ahead of time and spoke to a different manager who notified me that I wouldn't have any issue bringing in my temporary ID he took it upon himself to deny it then I told him why are you going out of your way to be like this then he goes I'm calling the police and it just reminds me how black people still get treated today I literally did nothing wrong besides want to trade in a game and had everything that the store policy says but for some reason this man Luis had to try to punk me it's super unprofessional and I will never stop at this location ever again.. me and my son literally go there every Friday and spend 40 bucks.. smh terrible customer service

Incredible !!!!
A place where you can catch up on video games, consoles, peripherals, Funkos, clothing, etc.
The employees are very patient and friendly, as well as super enthusiastic about sharing information about games, for example.
Overall, an incredible store that I will definitely return to and highly recommend!!!!
