They overcharged me by almost $100 on an online delivery order and I’m STILL waiting on my refund. Them doing that caused my bank to get over drawn and I’ve been waiting since the second for them to fix it. I usually prefer them over Walmart but at this point I’m just going to shop in a different town. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

When I went into the store today, I was trying to find help and I talked to the younger assistant manager with black hair, who was very rude, and acted like we did not matter.
Sam the store manager who came in not too long after came in from pushing carts and sounded very frustrated and unprofessional. I have never experienced anything like this at frys and I can’t imagine I’ll be back.

This has to be the worst Frys ever. They charged me 3X for the same transaction and for them to even look into it is taking over 1 1/2 hours.

Worst location in the state. Ran to grab some quick groceries. I needed some item's from the butcher counter and of course it's not open this has to be the third time i have gone to this location and it's closed. Employee told me they just decided they weren't going to open it. I decided to grab a cake from the bakery since we were having company over. We go to check out and of course as the cashier rings it up. He proceeds to tell me he can't sell it to me because it's past the sell by date...... if I'm not mistaken I'm pretty sure it's a big deal to have expired food on the shelves.. this store needs new management. I will just go to the location off camelback and Litchfield.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!
I went to have to my dogs pain meds filled here. Two prescriptions each rx 20 pills. The prescription had refills on it. When I went to get the meds I was surprised at the cost but figured it was high because they dont accept GoodRx. At no time of picking up the meds did Paul say anything about a change in the prescriptions and I was not given a receipt only the print outs to the meds. When I got home and opened the bag I realized the prescriptions had 80 pills each. I called the pharmacy and spoke with Paul who told me it was cheaper to fill the rxs with the refills and that he was wrong. So when I asked to retutn the unwanted meds, he said no. Once you walk out with the meds there's nothing he can do. I believe he 100% knew I wouldnt take the meds at the high-priced and intentionally did not tell me.
And to add insult to injury, when I complained to the store manager Kathy, I was told it was my responsibility to know how many pills I received.
THIS IS FRAUD! I never was told about the switch, how was I to know the pharmacist can change the amount given out to a higher amount then in the rx?
This is all so wrong, how many people prescriptions are filled with ALL refills included at a much higher price?? I'm sure I'm not the only one.
SHAME ON FRYS and their FRAUD!!

Love the monthly coupon they send in the mail. Well stocked items. Friendly & Fast Pharmacy Service . Fast in and out with 2 sides of check out services. Easy to navigate and find stuffs. Nice floral display. Definitely recommend the location.

I have no issues with the quality of items/cleanliness etc in this shop. But i do have a huge concern regarding their billing. I have noticed several times over last couple of months that cashiers are adding some of the items multiple times in the receipt. Every time i had to cross check my receipt, go back and ask them for a refund. When i took this issue to store manager, there was not even an apology , he was just rude and all he told was "mistakes can happen". I agree mistakes can happen, but definitely cant happen multiple times within last couple of months. Would suggest everyone to cross check the receipt or please use self checkout.

I shop at Fry's a lot but today I was really upset because I bought a head of lettuce for dinner tonight. it looked great in the store but when I cut it open it was ROTTEN inside And I had to throw it away . I gave a star only to have this posted not because you deserve it

The cashiers are the rudest ever, they’re make a HUGE deal about every single individual having their ID only to not even check everyone’s just making a huge deal out of nothing cause they’re on a power trip working the register. It’s not that serious didn’t know I was entering city hall coming here lol DO NOT RECOMMEND!! GO ELSEWHERE!!!

Usually I go in and out to buy things, but I needed the customer service desk. I knew it was going to be a bad experience when The goofy guy who’s working “customer service desk” on Friday 2/2/24 in the morning with glasses and unkempt long hair instead of greeting melooked at me and huffed and puffed, this is unprofessional and truly doesn’t deserve to be at that position didn’t want to do a western union order when I’ve done this several times at this location. Definitely will shop less here with that experience.
