Always a great place to do business! Great selection, and reasonable prices most of the time. :-)

I have been going to this Fry's for years and haven't had any issues. The only complaint is it isn't always stocked. But the employees are friendly and helpful. The store is usually pretty clean.

Everytime I order curbside pickup some veggie or fruit is trash. Look at this. Where do you they get the veggies and fruit for curbside? Do they not see the horrible quality of this? Someone can get very sick from you selling moldy tomatoes. This is extremely frustrating. Please do something about it and monitor who’s picking the produce and products.

Woman at the self checkout watched me scan all my items, then she accused me if not scanning my broccoli. Then after I showed her I did l, she accused me of not scanning my eggs. Then after I showed her that, she accused me of not scanning my onions. Once I showed her everything she just walked away. Didn't bother anyone else in the self checkout. Not saying it's because I'm black, but it's hard to see another reason why she bothered only me and left everyone else to go about their business. Definitely needs to be looked at.

The very large lazy woman at customer service refused to cash our birthday money orders from my father in law in Colorado because it was not “bought at this store” uh ma’am. Western union is basically worldwide and western union can be bought and cashed at any other western union. It’s certified.

The worst Pharmacy you could possibly have. I drive to the fry’s off Litchfield and camelback which is way out of my way because of how terrible this pharmacy is.
They don’t tell you when you need a prior authorization that insurance is requesting. So I’m waiting patiently for my prescription to be filled. I call them they say it’s still waiting to get filled. Not once did they mention I needed a prior authorization for the prescription I was waiting for.
I call again an hour before they close to see what’s going and they decide to tell me at that time that the doctors office needs a prior authorization. WHEN THE DOCTORS OFFICE IS ALREADY CLOSED. They had my prescription since the afternoon and barely tell me this after 5pm and the doctors office is closed.
This most recent experience was from today/lastnighr.
My son has strep throat so I asked to get it filled at this fry’s instead of making the drive to the Litchfield park one. And we picked it up lastnight. I get a phone call today saying the parents of my child’s name, need to call back. Their phone keeps hanging up when I try to call back. I finally get in touch with someone. The reason for their call?
They provided the incorrect instructions and the incorrect dosage for my son’s antiobiotics. And all they had to say about it was “sorry bout that”.
The absolutely worst pharmacy. Make the drive somewhere else to get your prescriptions filled.

This is my favorite Fry's store and I don't know the Manager but love them!! I am highly allergic to dog dander and it is unsanitary to bring animals besides service animals into a place where there is food. I total understand that some customers treat their animals like children, but you have to be considerate for others. While approaching the store this Manager has posted the sign outside so that customers will follow the rules. I can't thank them enough!!!!! YESTERDAY 05/02 I WENT TO THE STORE TO SHOP AND NOTICED THAT THE SIGN WAS TAKEN DOWN, I DID MY SHOPPING, BUT DECIDED TO CALL THE STORE ONCE I GOT HOME TO ASK ABOUT THE SIGN PROHIBITING ANIMALS IN THE STORE, I WAS TOLD ANIMALS ARE WELCOME!! THIS IS SO IRONIC, RIGHT AFTER MY REVIEW I NOTICE THE SIGN GOES DOWN. I CAN NO LONGER SHOP HERE!!!

Every time I shop there or order Instacart, they’re literally out of everything. I had a 10 items order today and literally 9 items I had to have replaced or refunded. When you shop on Instacart it reports what they supposedly have in stock but they never have anything.

I went shopping on Sunday and I starting noticing that some of the produce was molded especially the grapes and strawberries I wish now I would have taken a picture, but I did tell someone they didn't seem to concerned. But then I went to get a do it yourself pizza crust and pepperoni and found the pepperoni to be molded as well I did take pictures of these. I showed to employee he said yeah what you want me to do.

Do NOT go here!!! I'd give them 0 stars if i could! They used to have their stuff together, but there's been some turnover in the pickup department especially and it is ridiculous now.
Months in a row, I've been getting rotten blueberries, having bananas packaged UNDER cans and smashed to bits, fruits and veggies packaged together with meats - and the veggies didn't even have produce bags, just thrown in with everything else (gross). Literally, every time over the past fews months, I've had at least 3 unusable items per order.
Then last week, Easter Sunday no less, over 50% of my order was smashed to bits causing open boxes, smashed fruits and vegetables (completely beyond use), dented cans and even the sweet potatos were broken into pieces - and if you know anything about sweet potato, that takes some serious force!
Finally frustrated past my breaking point, i called and to their credit, the manager did give me a partial refund via gift card, tho I still had to go back to pickup that gift card and replace the destroyed items myself, on Easter Sunday, for the meal planned to be cooked that night. Not convenient at all.
Then this week, my husband kindly picks up and puts away the order for me - only for me to realize later that I'm missing well over half the groceries I ordered! And again, horrible timing with me having an out of state guest over and a tired/hungry infant, but it's well over $100 in missing groceries, so i call again. And this time, the manager just passes me over to someone completely incompetent and I have to spend over 45 minutes on the phone with Frys, going line by line on my receipt for all the items not received (approx 50 items, and apparently they didn't just forget the bring some bags out because he needs all these details so he can go pick the items). It's well past 7pm at this point and they have absolutely no regard for my time, but said they'd get on making it right, right away, and be sure they do "a gift card or something for my troubles".
Calling again the next day to ensure everything that was missing is ready for pickup now, and it's another 30 minute call, being bounced between 3 associates until I finally get back to a manager. Telling me i don't need to call again when i get there, they take my car info, expected arrival time and tell me they'll be on lookout, with this manager also saying he'd look into it and ensure it's made right. And yet 5-10 minutes after waiting upon arrival (and being the ONLY car there), I still had to flag someone down.
Finally I got the missing groceries, but no apologies, and attached was a mere $20 gift card.
After having to spend almost 2 hrs discussing the situation with multiple personnel AND having to drive back down there for the 2nd weekend in a row, that is a joke! And not a funny one since that barely even covers the fact that my husband had to buy lunch today vs having items on hand to make it.
And if you're local, you already know that Frys isn't the cheapest supermarket, by far, but I was willing to pay the premium since up until recently, they did have the best customer service. Not anymore!
I am most certainly taking my business elsewhere because it shouldn't be so hard to receive the items ordered, all there, and all in edible/nondestroyed condition. And if your slogan is "freshness guaranteed", you would think you'd train your people on how to handle abd package produce. It's sad because I've shopped here for years, but unreliable and subpar service that's not even made right is 100% unacceptable.

I’ve just got to say this lady in the florist department Raquel is rude and very not professional. I asked if I can get the dead flowers out the vase I was purchasing and she snatched the vase out my hand and made a face like I was interrupting her day. Smh
