I've noticed when coming into this location, that the courtesy of certain ethnic groups are treated much differently. On several occasions I've noticed, they greet the Caucasian and Hispanic customers with welcome in prior to doing business, and have a good day when leaving out. But myself along with other African American customers coming into the business after me, didn't greet us coming in. And didn't say have a nice day, as they did the other ethnic groups.

I had an absolutely horrible experience with a FedEx customer service employee at this store. They were absolutely rude , asked "so you just want the cheapest?", and threw my corporate discount ID back on the counter! Didn't even both handing it back to me! I then asked what my options were and the FedEx customer service employee seemed annoyed that they had to read me a few of my shipping fee options. Even though this store is super close to me I'll drive further to another FedEx store so that I can avoid another horrid FedEx customer service experience here.

Not sure why FedEx seems to think they can use the handicapped spaces as their loading spaces. But the manager and the drivers are extremely rude about it. Will be filing multiple complaints. This is discrimination of disabled people by denying access to other businesses in the complex.

Last Tuesday I went to the store to pick up a package. I showed them my ID and the tracking number Even verbally told them the address and the shipper's name and still refuse to give you my package. The reason was the address on my ID does not match the address of the package. So I call their corporate office and the shipper to rectify the problem. Got a email back saying it would be no problem for you to pick it up as long as your name is on the ID That's all they need. Went back show my idea again and they still refuse to give you my package. They are saying that I might be stealing the package. I told them they should be something in the system saying that I'm allowed to pick up the package. The manager refused to to go in the data system or check his emails. So I told them then ship it back to the sender and magically he says next time to go in the manager system and you have a QN code and you can get your package. I said I did and here is the QN. So why haven't anybody told me about this on the first place? He scanned it and release the package to me. So I told him how do you know if I copy and paste this QN code out of all the checks that I already gave you which is more better than a QN code. On top of that I witness a fight when I showed up over the FedEx drivers blocking all the handicap spots. FedEx really needs to retrain their staff and follow the parking laws of the state. If it's truly there procedures that made this mess they need to reevaluate it.

Everyone is so kind and welcoming here. I have a location a quarter mile from my home but I drive farther to this location because they are actually nice. 5 star!! Thank you for treating me with respect.

Would give no stars if I could. Very rude unprofessional in my opinion shouldn't be working in a customer service type place. I only went to this one on McDowell because I was in the area. The one right by the GNC and chipotle they're horrible I talked with the manager do let him know who I was picking up he act like he didn't know who I was talking about when in fact the guy had long blonde hair. I'm pretty sure it was a guy. Will never go again to that location 3.6 rating go figure why that is

Young lady Caren I had worked with before helped me with request/suggestion to create Certificates for First, Second and Third place for a Salsa and Chip taste Contest. Caren took time to help me with my request and was very professional.

Employees seem annoyed with customers, not very professional. I always use UPS but they were closer. Thanks for validation on why I don’t use FED EX.

The staff at this location are always so polite. They greet you as soon as you walk in the door. They are very professional and knowledgeable about the FedEx products and services. I drive 7 miles to this location because their staff are so nice and because they do their jobs well!!! Thanks ladies you are awesome!!!

The manager here has a horrible attitude. I only went here because USPS was Closed. I don't like to leave negative reviews but this location deserves it for their bad service and for not able to control your attitude as a manager.

Very poor customer service. I walked into the store & received no greeting whatsoever, even though some employees weren't even helping customers. I went and used the self service printing & was there for about 10 minutes. During the whole time I was there, not one employee said a word to me. Yes, the printing is convenient, but it's kind of pricey. I won't be back due to lack of customer service and pricing.
