Our family used the Edible Arrangements service to send heartfelt regret when our 91 year old patriarch passed away.They called to confirm delivery time and address. We were home during the agreed upon time span. They never came.The next morning they called and left a message stating we were not home. I called them back, after dealing with a rude, unorganized, hard to deal with male employee, I asked what address they went to, he read the address to and it was not the correct house number. The Edible Arrangements employee tried to play it off as our fault. After dealing with this condescending individual for several minutes he put me on hold to setup another delivery. The delivery window was 6 hours in duration. I told him we would find a way to manage a person being at home. A unexpected family health matter came up, so I called and explained that there wouldn't be anyone home for half the day to facilitate receipt of delivery. The same ridiculously rude individual again blamed us for everything. And said he had to talk to his team and put me on hold for several minutes, as he came back on line and insulted me by saying they would deliver at 5:00 in the evening if someone would be home, I assured him we would be there. At that point he began his next insulting rant by telling me he wasn't through with me yet. I was through with him.No delivery was made at 5:00, we were there waiting.3/7/2024RATINGZERO STARS

My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary today. We decided to go to the edible arrangement location off of McDowell and Dysart. The service that we received was so terrible that we left without placing our order. When we walked into the location, the young lady came from the back and immediately told us that whatever we ordered was going to take at least 30 minutes. We were OK with the waiting and also had another errand to run so it was fine. We start to look through and make our request and things that we would like known to the young lady. Everything that we requested was an issue even when we increased our order to something that was more costly. It was still an issue for this young lady. Once we made our selection, my husband attempted to pay this young lady with cash. We were told that our $80 order could not be paid in cash after having waited and being treated so inappropriately treated by the young lady. This is a deplorable way to treat a customer. I wonder if our treatment was because we are African American… or is your staff just unjustifiably rude to everyone?

Really bad experience. Ended up cancelling my order and was unable to speak to management due to them posing on the phone as a manager. Extremely rude. They definitely do not have the ability to problem solve and poor exhibition of customer service skills. I was not surprised at all to see the 2.1 rating

I was extremely satisfied with the edible arrangements that I receive from the avondale store the quality of work, the freshness of the fruit the great taste of the chocolate on time delivery. It was exceptional Gladys and Antonio I appreciate everything you did. I would also like to thank the young man, Antonio for carrying it out to my car for me. I appreciate the exceptional service. Thank you so much I will always, not only give this Store my bUSINESS, but I well highly recommend it to all my friends. Thank you again.

I ordered some chocolate strawberries and cupcakes for our 20th anniversary to be delivered to wife's work. They arrived and my wife was excited to share with coworkers. She waited till next day and all the strawberries were molded and shrunken.

Walked in for fathers day & they have NOTHING available unless you order online, even then I wasn’t allowed to order anything to be made because “It is father’s day and they are super busy”. It was barely 11AM. I’m well aware it’s fathers day which I why I came in to get just a simple chocolate covered strawberry, I asked her if they had ANYTHING I could buy, ANYTHING. Mind you the store was completely empty. When I walked in no one was at the counter nor a single customer in the store. The brunette girl that helped us had bloodshot eyes & seemed off. Such an odd visit and definitely never coming back.

I went in the store to see what they had on hand. They only had a platter that I didn’t want to purchase. It was more than an hour before they closed. I asked the young customer service rep how long does it take to make an order. She said an hour. She asked me to make the order online although I was in the store.I went to my car directly outside the store. I couldn’t order online so after about 10 minutes I went back inside to ask for her to take my order in person. She stated I could call to place the order. I asked why she couldn’t take it if I was in the store.When trying to place my order she told me again what time they closed and would call me. I stated I wanted her to take my order and I would wait in my car outside. I wanted to place my order to prevent further delay.I am a fan of edible arrangements but the customer service at this location is subpar. Instead of offering to take my order she asked me to order online then when that didn’t work call in the order. I truly believe they didn’t want to work the last hour before they closed so she wanted to delay my order.

Honestly worst customer service I have ever received . Do NOT use them .Order placed one week before Mother’s Day to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day . Nope , never happened .They never let me know and only family member clued me in . Many calls to the Avondale store and little offered …no wait they offered a free cookie with my late delivery .Are you kidding me ?What a joke !!!Refund me and I’ll never ever use this company again !Never !!****UPDATE : 5 days later after refund request (5/18/23) and still no refund . I can’t stress enough …do NOT do business here . Oh and they don’t answer their phone , like ever . I requested auto call back , they call back 15 minutes later and recording says I’m now at the top of the que.Really ?Still holding 15 minutes later .“ please hold for the next fruit expert “ . What a jokeUgh !!!!!

I ordered a bouquet of chocolate covered strawberries and two balloons for my daughters birthday and the arrangement was beautiful! They chose perfect balloons to go with the arrangement and the customer service was great, location was clean and smelled clean! Will gladly order from this location again!

I’m really disappointed. I paid to send my mother an arrangement for Mother’s Day. She is allergic to strawberries so I called on the phone to ensure I could trade the strawberries out with a different fruit. I was on the phone for a total of 30+ minutes ensuring this could be done.I phoned the store two days ago to verify that the order was still confirmed. She told me they would replace the 6 strawberries with 6 honeydew or cantaloupe and that three would be dipped in chocolate.Today my mother who is allergic to strawberries received an arrangement with 6 strawberries. She is afraid to eat the other fruit. None of the modifications I requested and confirmed were made. This is not quite how I wanted to celebrate my mother.

I’ve never been so disappointed in my life. I ordered on may 2nd for my mother’s arrangement for delivery today on Mother’s Day may 14th. I gave them the benefit of the doubt because i understand today is a busy day. UNTIL my online order was in a “order received, you’ll receive an update your order has been made” and no update. I called and was trying to get through to someone for over 2 hours. When i FINALLY reached someone the lady on the phone stated my order was ready and needed some final touches and would be out for delivery on the next route once the driver was back, that was at 2pm (I asked the lady if she personally worked at the store or if this was a call center, she stated she worked in the store. This will make sense later). I had my father wait around until 5pm as they had plans for the night & had no delivery nor was my order status updated. I personally drove 40 minutes to this location to see what the issues was and if it was ready and i could just take it home myself as they will not leave it if no one is home. When i arrived i was told my order was NEVER made and it was due to a phone number not being listed.. (there is i made sure) and that if i wanted i could update the number and attempt to deliver it later. If that was the case why did the lady who “WORKS” in the store not advise that earlier and tell me my order was almost out for delivery. I would assume she would have stated it wasn’t made and i needed to update the number? Not only was everyone waiting around all day but now my mother is without her arrangement. Way to ruin it for us. The system for this holidays should be better, the employees need to not lie about it. I personally will never be ordering from here again and neither should any of you.UPDATE: i requested a refund last night after this whole situation and went to check back on if my refund was processed & my order status now says it’s “out for delivery” which is odd since i NEVER “updated” a phone number like i was told yesterday? These people lie out their mouths for what benefit. Just be straight up and say you all take too many request on a day you know you won’t be able to keep up with for a money grab. Worst customer service & horrible business.
