I had high hopes of finding a trusted dealership but still got lied to and taken advantage. I loved the straightforward purchase process. Rick Lopez and other staff in Avondale were upbeat and easy to work with. They strongly suggested the total car repairs warranty. I asked for a list of the fine print items and issues that were not covered. Rick said he was being honest that “it literally covers everything.” A week later the blower went out on the air conditioning in unsafe AZ heat, and it is not covered. ☹️ I owe $400+. Do not trust EchoPark.
