I would not recommend this location. Had my wife take her brand new car in to repair a flat, was told over the phone they use and inside plug if the hole is small enough and in the right location.
I put a plug from Walmart in so that she could at least drive the vehicle in for the appointment, upon arrival they didn't even take the tire off and look at the hole they seen the plug and informed her they couldn't touch it.
When she said ok let's replace the tire they quoted her $300.00 for there cheapest 20" tire with zero warranty which is double listing price for even a low end Michelin.
Then he tried to tell her that a new tire wouldn't work and that she needed to just replace them all and he would get her a better deal.
Her tires have 10k miles and are factory Ford tires nothing special, really disappointed in the way this location has gone since my last interaction which was night and day different.

I need new tires so I shipped around for a good deal. I settle on Bog Brand but I had a couple of huge mishaps with them and was also quoted two completely different prices.
I brought to Discount the lowest of the quotes Big Brand had give with me and David matched the price of the wheels that I was quoted me, no questions, and also suggested the new KO3 tires which I went with and am loving so far. They are much quieter than KO2s and I thought those were really quiet as it is.
My truck looks amazing and drives amazing. Thanks!

I was very disappointed I made my appointment on line I arrived for my scheduled pointment only to be told the products I order will be three more days. Well that never happened. It took even longer so . I scheduled with another location and they were very customer oriented. I now have my tire needs taken care of.. In a competitive industry you truly want repeat customers. No apologies are necessary.

Went in for a low tire. Was told I needed to buy two new tires because you "always replace them in pairs." Learned after spending several hundred, that's not true. The two times previously I had low tires, my boyfriend took it in and they just patched them. Apparently they like to screw women out of money.

We're on a 2 month trip of the southwest and ran into trouble with our tires. We always use DT, so made an appt at Avondale. Anthony was a lifesaver and went above and beyond, thanks!

Very disappointed I waited two hours to get service and to top it off tire tech. overlooked a nail in my car literally didnt even bother to take tire off car had they,they would have saw a nail in between thread as they claimed,it was a valve problem which was a complete lie these individuals are not properly trained and should be retrained, glad I was experienced enough in this very field as I was a tire tech few years back my knowledge definitely helped me possibly avoid a big accident, hope they realize inability to comprehend this job is very serious and should not be taken lightly.I cant believe this being its such a well established tire shop im left without words and can only thank god I caught it in time as it was leaking slowly sense the nail was really suck in between thread hope they really dont pratice this with others beware of incompetence.
