Dropped my RV off for diagnosis. Has been two weeks now and still do not have a quote to repair. I have to keep calling the office to get updates, a told they will call next day with pricing. No call. There is no sense of urgency or customer support. Communication would go a long way in satisfying the customer, but they don’t seem to care.

I am over two weeks now waiting for just an estimate to repair my RV engine. I have to keep calling in to the shop and I rarely get an answer. Am constantly told by Alvin, when I do reach him, that he will call the following day with a quote, yet he never follows through with a call. At this point I am not confident that I will ever get my RV back. This shop needs to learn how to communicate with their customers better.

Came in on same day notice with an engine code. Had me out and running again the next day.Hector and the crew are good people and the Quality Inn Goodyear gives a discount for customers here.

If I didn’t have to go here, I wouldn’t.The actual service is great, when they actually get to it. I’ve been told repeatedly it’ll SHOULD get done end of day and it’s been weeks. I repeatedly have to call to get updates without hearing much of a certain answer back. I wish they would hire more techs to get work done in a timely matter. Been waiting on getting a part installed for my RV and it arrived Thursday, said it SHOULD be done Friday. End of day I call and it’s not done. Today, Monday morning, I let them know at 6am it’s ready and they hadn’t gotten to it for 4 hrs because a fire truck needed repairs. Totally understand the priority, but aren’t there other techs that can make my RV a priority?? Anyway, nice people, TERRIBLE timely service.

Excellent service and assistance when I needed rebuild parts for an onboard 6 k generator.Part's department went above and beyond by printing a copy of several pages of the maintenance manual for my use.

They no longer seem to have knowledgeable technicians to work on Onan RV generators. The used to be really top notch.

We were from out of town and found tremendous help and service here for our RV. Gerry, a service representative was extremely professional and got us back on the road as fast as he could. We were very impressed.

We arrived for our scheduled appointed set for 1 AM on Thurday. Got there to find out there was no tech available to check our generator so we had to stay in their parking lot overnight. We were told to pull up at 7:30 AM. on Friday and they'll get us right in. We pulled up at said time and my husband went in to see where they wanted us. They told us the tech would be there before 8 AM. Someone finally came out at 8:45 and took us around back to park our rv for our appointment. We are traveling with a cat and a dog and had them in the truck with us. We left for a while and came back at 2:30 to check the status of our rv. They hadn't even looked at it yet and took two other vehicles before us. We finally got it fixed and back at 4:45 pm. I don't recommend the place if you're in a hurry for your rig.

Worst.Service.Ever. This is specific to the Mesa AZ Cummins facility. Dropped the coach off on Monday for a Tuesday afternoon appt. Heard nothing from them. Called several times, receptionist was pleasant but didn't know what was going on, passed me on to a service rep, straight to voicemail, never called back. Long story short, "lather, rinse, repeat", took over a month with many, many calls unanswered. On top of that they have the highest labor rates in the area as well as 30% markup on purchased parts. Quote was for nearly $3000 to replace a fan idler pulley. Next time I go to Freightliner or a local diesel repair shop. Expensive lesson.
