After having a very bad experience at the dysart location I came to this location that was very welcoming. Virginia was there to greet me and to assist my every need. Virginia was very helpful, informative, and very knowledgeable. I also made another purchase that I did not intend to make. Thank you Virginia for making me feel like a valued customer!

We waited at this store for 30 minutes The store was closed and I waited in the car and finally 2 girls showed up with target bags and opened up again.

I just left the place was there to pay my phone bill the lady said I needed my ID I forgot my wallet at home but had my pin n cash she said I couldn't pay the phone sorry.. I left went to the next one closest didn't ask for no ID just my name and my pin honestly don't know wat her problem is at the other store they were busy n nice at this store she was just sitting down in the back office with no customers n was rude makes no sense

I went to this place yesterday (07/19/2022) to get me a screen protector and the lady that placed it on for me she miss placed it, it was a little to the left so I went there today (07/20/2022) to get a replacement and they said I couldn't and instead they try to charger me for a new with a discount and was only 3 dollars off. Also the screen protector doesn't function correctly sometimes you have to tap multiple times for it to work. I'm giving It a 0 rating and will never go back to this place.

We’re not helpful at all they don’t do there job right had to call customer service and wait an hour... they could of help me out in person by just disconnecting my line other cricket store help me out better than this one! ??
