I came into the store yesterday around 6:30 p.m. and I was never greeted. I asked about transferring my phone from another company. The girl tells me right away I need a transfer pin and account number but I think metros customer service is closed right now. I got the information she asked for and the girl rushed the whole process of setting up my phone and did not set it up correctly. I purchased a case and glass cover which she did not offer to help put on and instead gave me the incorrect case, a phone that was not fully set up and literally a push out the door since it was 7:10 p.m. and the store closed at 7 p.m. I had to knock on the door for her to set up my phone correctly and even then she seemed inconvenienced. I had to come back the following day to exchange my phone protector that she gave me that was NOT the correct case for my phone. I come back and she calls her manager which makes a bigger ordeal about me returning a case that didn't fit, that was purchased yesterday, given to me by her associate. I would NEVER RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE!!!! RUDE! RUDE! RUDE!

This store is a joke. I went to 3 stores to pay my bill and both of them didn't have internet. My wife went to pay the bill at this store and they wouldn't take payment because her name isn't the primary account holder. We share the account so both numbers are on the same account but because she wasn't me or didn't have my ID she refused payment and now my service will be cut off at midnite. Cricket service sucks go Metro PCS!!

Literally got a new phone at 1:15pm yesterday 9/10 and it only worked for 2 hours before the SIM card is no longer recognized. This morning I woke up to a message where the phone is in recovery mode and has to be factory reset... They don't open till 11am. They better make it right or I'll file for a charge back for fraud with my credit card company and switch to another provider!

They charge you for accessories that you didn't purchase. Watch your purchase before they are done making charge.

Arlos was absolutely AMAZING!! He not only made sure I got the best deal but he also provided his PERSONAL phone number in case I needed and assistance. I will forever be going to the store Arlos is working at.

Amazing place. Was in and out within 20 minutes after explaining to worker what I wanted. They were able to explain everything clearly and were very friendly. They did all the transferring of data and were able to answer any questions I had. Definitely recommend.

I have been a Cricket wireless customer for years and have visited multiple locations with great customer service, never a problem. I ended up at this location because I wanted to upgrade my phone and only this store had the phone that I wanted. When I walked in I ask the employee Cielo, how much the phone was, the price was way off from the price online. Cielo said that the price was with all fees and taxes included. She proceeded to say that the phone came with a phone case and protector, to me “comes with it”sounded off, because the accessories are so expensive at Cricket. I have been offered discounts for accessories before, but their prices don’t compare to other places. Since Cielo said the accessories comes with the phone, went ahead and pick a protector. I still felt that the price was way off, because I have upgraded phones many times before and done my research before I buy one. I asked one more time are you sure this is the right price, Cielo said yes and I proceeded to pay. When I looked at my receipt, wow, Cielo changed me for the phone, upgrade fees, screen protector, phone protector and phone insurance that we never discussed. I asked why did you charged me for accessories? You said it came with the phone, Cielo’s response you never asked me. Yes I never asked Cielo for accessories, I was there for the phone and phone only. I asked her why did you charge me for phone insurance? Cielo’s response “ for new phones insurance is paid for the first month, then you can canceled it anytime “. I have been a customer for years I know how the insurance works, is false you don’t need to get insurance if you don’t want to. The price that Cielo gave me at the beginning of our conversation was wrong, she lied. Lied about the phone price, accessories“come with it “, and insurance. Cielo’s behavior was deceptive 100%, but she had no problem issuing a refund for the insurance and the expensive accessories even do the store policy doesn’t allowed returns on accessories. I hope corporate sees this review and takes a look at their employees. Make sure you check your receipt if you visit this store.

Then people work sure be fire you ask questions about you phone or about service just tell call cricket customer service we can't help we just sell phone here and all have loud music player you can't hear anything when you walk in store that is rude

They were very helpful got me in got me out he even opened the door for me that was very sweet of him thanks
