Terrible service, lady at desk very rude with attitude she canceled both my appointments for an exam just cause she doesn’t like the way they talk to her but she can give all the attitude.

So my parents have memberships and I take them to get there stuff normally I pay for them sometimes if my dad is there he will pay. I learned today Costco does not allow this since I'm not on their membership I can't pay for their items I have to be on this account. Which surprised me. This is why I prefer Sams club to be honest sams club don't care who's paying as long someone has a membership. I don't get the hassle about it as Costco gives me. Guess my Mom just ain't gonna be able to go unless my dad can pay

Purchased tires online and set an appointment for the install at the Avondale Costco. Our appointment was at 9:30am but we got there at 915am to make sure we were first and would not have to wait forever. We told the guy at the counter the TMS sensors were bad and to replace them if they have them. He made a note and we thought everything was ok. About 15 minutes later we were called back up as the sensor was bad and they wanted an ok to change it. Husband explained we already gave the on and it is noted. He then said there was a charge. Husband reminded the guy that he said when we dropped off the car we would pay. Finished shopping, paying, and eating lunch but no call. About 15 minutes after eating we got a call that the vehicle was ready. Told my husband I would take the cart through the line and wait for him. Ended up getting through, loading everything into the car, and waiting another 20 minutes before my husband finally came out. I stood by the bay to perk through the window and a mechanic asked if he could help. I stated I was just checking to see where my husband was. I was told there were only two guys up there and doing their best. (Was kind of rude about it). I stated yeah - but it has been 20 minutes?! Finally my husband came out and said there was only one guy and had no idea what he was doing. Ended up taking 2 hours. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!

Best prices around! The last time I purchased gas, regular unleaded was $3.69. Other gas stations I passed to get there were between $4-$4.20. Lines can get long. Gas hose extends further than a traditional gas station. This is so the nozzle can reach the gas tank regardless of which side a car is parked. Costco gas stations are only for fueling up the gas tank. Ice, snacks, and any other quick purchase items are not available for sale. Fule is the only item for sale. Air for tires is available at Costco. Air is not at the gas station. Dispenser is located near the tire shop. Tire shop is a short drive to the other side of the building.Just like Costco, one must have a membership to purchase gas at a Costco gas stations.

Way too crowded on weekends, checkout lines backed up to the aisles, just trying to move through the store is difficult. This location needs to limit the amount of customers inside at any given time.

I would like to recognize your outstanding employee Jill Schroeder at your Avondale Costco Hearing Aid center. Jill went above and beyond to take care of my wife's broken hearing aid. Jill was such an easy person to work with and made a lasting and positive impression on both my Wife and I, a real people person. Hard to find that in the business world today. I would hire Jill in a heartbeat to work for me if I owned a business I would like Costco to recognize her in a special way so that other people will be able to share the same experience with her that we had. The past 2 times I've been to Costco I have to say the employees at the door are quite rude and have no social skills but recently I decided to give it another go and I actually have to say it went really well, a young lady with a beautiful unique name of Brisa was the absolute very best help with such great attitude . She knew exactly how to help and what to offer.Easiest Christmas shopping ever thanks to her! I also had a great experience at check out. Sierra is the sweetest little thing definitely good social skills. I'll once again continue to do all my shopping at Costco.

I love going to Costco as often as I can & I got to different locations all the time but this Costco on McDowell and 99th ave is my local Costco that meaning it's the most convenient to get to. My family and I decided to take a trip to this location to stock up on our homes daily essentials. Everything about the trip was great per usual up until we got to out cashier, now we usually use self checkout but the line was too long. I over heard our cashier Brittney complaining about the couple who was in front of us once they left but didn't think about it to much but when it came to our turn we didn't get greeted and got our phone snatched when the barcode didn't scan. I asked for a box when it came to packing everything away and was told there wasn't any when there's probably a million boxes in Costco. I just didn't appreciate the rude attitude especially knowing how much they get paid. Brittney do better

Costco is so crowded that it's a nightmare to shop, checkout or get gas. With the surrounding areas growing, this costco can't keep up. BUILD ANOTHER ONE!
