It is really shocking how this costco remains the worst one in the valley. Rude staff in the tire center and extremely unhelpful. Asked if they could air up a tire since the self service pumps were down, he says theirs are down too but I can do it with his hose. Then just drops the hose on the ground and points at it. That doesn't make any sense. You people are ridiculous.
Reuben and Sean, both great guys. Very professional and nice. Andrew? Absolutely rude and bitchy. Can't wait more than a minute before complaining I'm parked in the wrong spot. There are no spots left get over it. I get it, it's 107° out we're all hot, you're not special, princess. Stop acting like it.

Horrible service every time I go I have to end up going putting air in my tires. They say they do tire rotation but it’s the second time I take it and they don’t actually rotate the tires.

Compared to other tire shops I have worked with, they are not the best with their warranty coverage, there seems to be more fine print, and they come up with more ways not to. Long story why they declined my service, but Sun Devil Auto replaced my tires. Better off buying used tires than coming here.

Just spoke with the tire center. Helped me choose which tire to get. Very helpful and asked a lot of questions to find out my needs. Excellent service.

I came here myself to schedule an appointment for new tires. The guy at the desk asked for the make, model of the car and told me my appointment was all set and to come in on Tuesday at 6 pm. He then hurried off into the back and seemed to be in a big rush. I didn't get a chance to request the type of tires I wanted or ask any questions. He didn't ask for any of my contact info or to see my membership card. I found that a bit odd, so the next day I came back with my boyfriend. There was a different man at the desk. We asked to confirm I had an appointment on Tuesday, he checked the system and there was nothing scheduled for me. I provided all my info again, and made sure we had an appointment set up and my tires ordered. Not sure if the first worker thought I wouldn't know better because I was a woman, but I sure am glad I came back with my boyfriend to confirm my appointment!

Great batteries with good warranty and service. Propane with reasonable wait times and prices.

Even if you end up with a long wait, it's always a good experience. The attendants are always helpful and courteous.

bad tire center never go to 99th avondale location after i go sams club they didnot ask where i buy tires they check and look tire solved the problem. and no charge service very good and fast SAM'S CLUB TIRE CENTER lot better good service and fast COSTCO 99TH AVONDALE bad service and employee bad

Love coming to Costco but today the cashier that attended me her name was Sonia she had the worst attitude towards me and my mom and the ladies behind me.
