Top quality customer service and one of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve eaten. Great job Coldwater.

The track is nice. The conditions are horrendous from tee box to greens. Even buying drinks after the round you get them at the bar then walk to the pro shop to pay.

Absolutely horrible conditions. Patchy inconsistent greens and practice facilities stood out the most. This course is so far below the standards of Phoenix area courses in prime season. I felt completely ripped off @ a $75 green fee. The only reason I gave it two stars is because the staff was very friendly.

Staff was excellent. The courses in terrible conditions. Not worth the $75 price. This is a $50 course. The greens were bumpy and the fringe around every green was pathetic. One could not put from the fringe at all. See pic

Played this course on Wed. 1/24. Greens are in poor shape ! Greens have some grass and then matted grass ? unable to putt ! This used to be a great course my group of 8 played weekly with satisfactory conditions. SELL it or fix it !!! OR reduce the price to maybe $39, because its not worth $79.

The course was not in good shape. It has its ups and downs over the years. It was reasonably priced. Greens look like they hadn't been watered in a while. I'm sure it will improve over the near future.

I’ve lived in the Coldwater community for over 15 years and have always golfed at Coldwater golf club up until this past year. The rates have sky rocketed, how can you charge as much as Verrado and Wigwam, at least give free range balls as well. The Tee boxes still haven’t been level since 2006 unless your playing from the Tips. The fairways definitely need more water and the greens are decent. The kitchen staff has great service. I’ve once again tried to golf at coldwater on 12/14/2023 and the course is still below average. They used a chemical on the greens and there all brown and dried out. Tee boxes continue to be uneven no matter what box your playing from. The rough is so dried out as well. December is when most courses are in great or at least good conditions except coldwater. Again this is from a resident in the community.

The course stays in summer conditions year round, played today 01/03/24 and the greens were terrible! Temp was 60 degrees out and fairways are subpar. For $85+ take your money to the wigwam and pay the extra $10+ dollars.

Fix your greens! There’s no way anybody should be charged $75 bucks to play in those conditions. Should have been $40-45! Played on 1/1/24

No 9-hole pricing; big miss honestly. Terrible chipping green. I wish the workers were more welcoming towards out of town guests

Played this course yesterday for the first time in awhile and somehow it is in worse shape than last time. The layout is good but the course conditions are horrible. It is sad because years ago it was really nice. Will not be playing it again for awhile.

5.5 hour round with no marshall. Entire course in bad condition from tee boxes to fairways to greens. $74 with no walking rate is a shame. I've seen the course better in the summer.
