I give this store a negative review. I took in a Coach bag. They passed on it because it wasn’t in good condition (The coach bag I took it was an excellent condition and I also took a Michael Kors bags all work rejected whoever’s doing the quality checks on these purses to do not know nothing about purses because all the bags were in excellent condition.) like really your guys are a thrift store. Some of the items that you guys have there are not in good condition. Some items are going to be in good condition others are not. Coach bag at the thrift store you’re not gonna sell it for regular price of $400 like a Coach store. you sell it for $160. Someone’s gonna buy it for $160 because the purse is still in good condition nice and clean. You’re not gonna make $500 from one bag come on now you’re a thrift store. Come on now you guys sales them not even $50 you not gonna make a hug profit from them. So picky with the items you guys get select to sell,. Not all your items there at the store are in good condition, especially the purses.??

I agree on some of the reviews about trying to sell some of your items. Brand new items with tags still on them better stuff then what they have currently in store they pass on. Just recently I brought some items to sell they did not want any of my items so, when I left the store not knowing some of my items were still in the store about to drive away I ran back to check on my missing items the manager did not realize they did want items and looked up my name wrong in the system. After that I felt like they low balled me with some great items I had. It might be a while till I go back.

I took in a somewhat decent size bag of clothes ...only purchased 3 tshirts. I asked what they were buying and the manager stated that they are only buying spring/summer (pretty much being VERY selective). I got the vibes that I was "bothering" her. When I did drop off clothes gal that checked me in was SUPER nice and had a great attitude!!I completely understand the whole buying process (I used to do it at another establishment)...but I always made sure that I made sure my customers felt appreciated.

The negative reviews are accurate. I visited the shop and they were not rude but they told me they would call me later. I walked around for two hours then called them back to see if they had inspected my items. They had texted me an hour ago. I was waiting for a call not a text. When I went in they told me they did not find anything in stack they wanted. I asked” what is it your looking for? “They said spring and summer clothes. I did not feel bad I thought it Interesting, I had a beautiful cotton very expensive robe, almost brand new,in a pink oriental cherry blossom print. A powder blue lace dress with cut outs and drop off shoulders. A white empire thin rayon blouse perfect for spring. I had a feeling they did not even look at my clothes. It’s okay. I did not expect much and did not get much. I guess what they want is worn clothing but not too worn. Not almost new clothing because maybe they believe it was stolen? Maybe they think they will have to pay us too much. Who knows! I had a light Calvin Klein sweater . I bought it for me but was too small. They refused it. It does seem like a waste of time going there unless you have thread bare inexpensive items. Their clientelle is young women with bad taste who usually shop at Shein on line or Temu. Maybe us ladies should open our own shop with much more classier high end clothing and newer items. Any takers?

The worst place to sell your stuff, they give you $10 for something you paid $100 or more for.

This place isn’t a place to sell your clothes. I brought in so many cute stuff which was probably worn like 2 to 3 times. Shoes that were in great condition. It’s the second time I’ve gone and they hardly buy anything. Not a good experience if you’re trying to sell your stuff.

Worst customer service at this location. The owner seriously needs to get associates with a little more experience & knowledge of service. The associate I dealt with today had a fit about the rubber band that I almost didn't give back to her. A rubber band!!!

It's a hit or miss here but I found a great deal. I find a lot of prices high for second hand in spite of the brand.

I have used second hand stores to get rid some of the handbags I no longer used. I went into this location with about 8 bags. Out of the 8 they only offered me an offer in three, Which I can respect. My issue is the way the young associate provided the service. When I came back to hear my "offer" she asked me, "what do you want" when I approached the counter. I informed her I was there to pick up. She reviewed my order and I inquired on the low offer. She then proceeded to state, if you don't want it then we won't offer anything. Ultimately the issue is how she spoke to me in a condensing manner. Definitely will not be going back.

I don’t know exactly what look that they’re trying to go for in this store. It’s a mixture of granny and teen. You can bring them super trendy stuff and they will still pick the ugliest item that you put in the box to buy and pay you $1. Literally on purpose I added a knitted short sleeve to my box & said watch them try to only buy this AND THEY DID LMAO I had guess, Aeropostale, etc in my box but they chose the SHEIN ITEM ? make it make sense.

I like the store but they usually only take name brand and there is one girl that's really nice and another girl kinda comes off as rude. But they have a good range of clothes and bags and shoes. They even buy and sell designer.

Very sketchy experience here. They offered me $45 for what they showed me was a pile of about 5 shirts, when I review the receipt later it had almost triple what they showed me they took/offered. Rip off for what they took. Definitely won't be back and will recommend people to stay away.
