This place is horrible. Filthy restrooms. Dirty store where you buy food. For all the business they get they could at least afford cleanliness!

My recent experience at Circle K was incredibly disappointing. Their payment process led to a fraudulent credit card charge of $86.84. I was instructed to enter my credit card information first and then my rewards number, which facilitated this unauthorized transaction. I received a message that my rewards number was invalid even though it was correct. This breach of trust has left me frustrated and concerned about their security measures. I strongly advise caution when using their services. The inconvenience caused by their system's error is both frustrating and concerning. Beware of this concerning practice at Circle K.

I begrudgingly find myself a regular customer here because the sip and save subscription is too good to pass up, but this sad place is the only circle k location on my commute. It needs some serious upgrades compared to other franchises nearby. It is however still a gas station, so I doubt it will ever be capable of five stars.

The soda and ice coffee machine are all broken down, aggressive homeless people in front of the door. This place used to be nice and clean, now everything is run down. Only this holding it up is the gas pump and friendly employees.

Gas price is misleading. Went to grab a bag of ice when I asked the gentleman at register his response was open the door they are in the back; while it was refreshing it could of been all bad. The freezer is icy and slippery and well that's common sense but to have a customer grab their own bag from the back because you can't be bothered and then when made the suggestion is better to say there's none as it's a liability he was unsure why. It's his responsibility and the owners... maybe someone should look into this

Bought sip and save Monday and been enjoying it. Until I went to this location and they don't even have iced coffee as an option.... Only reason i signed up as I don't drink pop and with this being the closest location to my work I really have no reason to keep the subscription.

Zero starts! I went to grab me a coffee this morning and there was no milk so I asked if there is any milk and the lady who works there said (no we don't!!) the only thing I said oh its morning how come no milk yet! And she literally closed her ears with her hands and tried not to hear me and said don't talk to me! And I called the assistant manager to let her know about the disrespect and she said well I was yelling !!I was trying to talk to the lady all the way from the coffee machines to the cashier area where that rude lady was standing so she could hear me!! Such horrible customer service and so not professional

Just left here, got cussed at by employee named Alexus. Recorded her being disrespectful. I was told the managers name is Craig. In my recording I even recapped our conversation and stated how I was never rude to her and that how she acted was unnecessary, she did not disagree with my statement. I told her I recorded everything and will be making sure someone sees this is asks her about the situation and why it was even necessary to cuss at a customer

This place is starting to go downhill fast. It's becoming a hang out spot for homeless people to beg for money and the Circle K doesn't run these people off. I just want to but my gas, not be asked for money by random people.
